Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Kylee Fetzner about all things binge eating. Kylee is a Registered Binge Eating Dietician who helps her clients overcome their binge eating struggles through individual or group programs. After overcoming a binge eating disorder herself, Kylee found a passion for nutrition and wanted to share her incredible knowledge to help others. Along with her 1v1 and group programs, Kylee has also been posting extremely helpful videos on social media regarding binge-eating, and has grown to over 100k followers on Tiktok. It was amazing to speak with Kylee and learn more about why we might binge, what the urge to binge feels like, the all or nothing mentality, how she was able to overcome binging, her path to becoming a RD, and much more more.
