It is time for us to purge the bad bacteria out of our colon. New start to the New Year and I want to start incorporating more plant-based meals, especially after my podcast with my cardiologist friend Dr. Danielle Belardo. Green juice may not look appetizing, but it has become a national obsession. It offers both the nutrients and taste you're looking for!
