In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about how to control your appetite especially after you eat.
Several Reasons Why this Occur:
1. Low Bile Production
Bile helps breakdown fat and extract fat-soluble vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids, and essential fatty acids from food.
Damage liver can cause the capacity to make bile.
2. Low B1
There are certain parts of the brain that need B1 because it helps to access the co-enzyme to make it work. B1 deficiency could wreck the satiety centers in the brain that could create a lot of hunger and could cause the feeling of not being satisfied.
3. Insulin Resistance –This is caused by high levels of insulin over a long period of time. (caused by high carbs and frequent eating)
Gallbladder Formula
