I'm pretty chill.
Thoughts on Breathing
If you don't breathe, you die. If you don't breathe, your emotions are going to go kablooey.
Breathing is the catalyst for all of the body to do its magical work. If you're not doing that, your mind will shut down and do crazy-town thoughts.

Bullying Story
I was bullied a lot. I recently found some pictures from my family where it showed what a fat baby I was.
Fortunately, I turned out to be a thin, fit person. All through my childhood, I was told I was fat. Teams would choose me last.
The guy who's the head of Nine Inch Nails did one of those Vulcan moves you do on the neck. He did that to me when I was a kid.
I interpreted it to mean that they had some problems going on.
