Billie is an advocate for transgender rights and proudly transitioned from male to female in her early twenties. As a facial plastic surgeon, I know a thing or two about facial feminization. This process is so personal and as a surgeon, you feel a great deal of responsibility taking someone's personal identity into your hands.
