I'm so excited for you all to hear this episode of Beauty Bytes with Dr. Kay: Secrets of a Plastic Surgeon! This past weekend while I was in Monte-Carlo, I had a chance to catch up with the glamorous health and fitness guru, Ingrid De La Mare! Ingrid is an amazing storyteller and I get a chance to ask her about her time in New York working in fashion and entertainment, moving to Monaco, and what lead her to start her own Pilates studio, THE METHOD®! Ingrid tells us about how she ended up in Federal prison and how she coped with her son's disability as a 20-year-old new mom.
