To My Seeds

Thank you for being my lifelines! The only way I could’ve ever made it through this season of my life was with the four of you. The sacrifices made in the waiting room were all with you in mind. On the days when everything seemed so dim, finding a way out seemed impossible. When loneliness seemed to engulf me, I would look at my four blessings and instantly refuel with gratitude. If God doesn’t give me anything else, I am overjoyed and blessed to have been afforded the opportunity to be your mom. My prayer for you is that God provides a hedge of protection around your lives and situations. My desire is to break every generational curse the enemy has created to forge an attack against you. My hope is to break cycles. May you never experience the trials and tribulation that I have. Despite what life will throw your way, always remember the power of prayer and who your heavenly father is. My prayers will forever keep you covered.

Adios To Who I Used To Know

Single, celibate, and saved. Three words that describe my current season in life. Married December 28, 2009, mother of four, early thirties - Never did I ever imagine in my younger years of mapping out my life that after thirteen years of marriage, this is where life would find me, and yet here I am. Yes, here I am, right in the middle of a season of preparation, healing, and recovery.

Although I have several questions and some moments are ambiguous, I believe, whole heartedly that God is utilizing this season as one of intentional discipline. Yielding to this foreign period of my life has only come through sincere obedience and dedication to the Holy Spirit. In this season, I am fully consecrating myself to Kingdom work. The husband God has for me will have no other choice but to find me being about my father’s

business. That is one standard I won’t dare waiver in again; your pursuit for Christ will either match or exceed mine. You WILL love God,
