Introduction
My story isn't vastly different from many others; it's rooted in personal struggles—a tale of gut issues that seemed insurmountable, initially triggered by pain medication for back problems. With the silent companionship of weight gain and infertility, my journey, marked by these silent yet profound struggles, began.
Yet every cloud has its silver lining. My husband, self-taught and conscious of his dietary choices, became the beacon of light in my seemingly endless tunnel of health issues.
I am a mother of three and a Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle coach. My insights and recommendations, though informed by extensive reading and learning from the Trim Healthy Mama community, are articulated to educate the everyday individual—those seeking tangible, practical strategies to improve their health.
