Day One: The Beginning of BAJ
Dear Diary,
My name is Jewels Jones, but one day I hope to go by Detective Jones. I’m one-third of the BAJ group, which stands for Benny’s Amber Jewels. My friends and I came up with the name because all of our names happened to be in it. We aren’t sure if amber is a jewel or not, but we figure that it’s close enough, or else someone would have called us out about it by now.
My friends and I formed the BAJ group when we were working on our first mystery together. There was a string of robberies in our village and the cops weren’t taking it seriously, so I decided to do a little investigating of my own. While I was looking for clues and stuff, I met Amber and Benny. They both lived on farms and happened to have some farm animals stolen from them. We joined forces and started to investigate the crime together.
Together, the BAJ group was unstoppable. We were able to find out who the criminal was: an Enderman with a need to collect farm animals. As unstoppable as we felt, the police sure did do a good job of trying to stop us. They didn’t believe us because we’re a bunch of kids. They even thought that Amber and Benny were the criminals just because they were at the wrong place at the wrong time. They were arrested. Luckily, I was able to prove that they hadn’t done anything wrong.
When the mystery was solved, we were rewarded with free snacks for a year. It was pretty cool. Now my friends and I continue to solve crimes. The BAJ group is here to stay!
Day Two: Our Second Mystery
Dear Diary,
I have to admit, being a detective group isn’t all fun and games. Every once in a while, the village gets a little quiet. It’s great that no crimes are going on when there are no crimes to solve, but at the same time...it’s
