      Know Who You Are

      Each of us experiences restlessness at some level. For some, it worsens and surfaces as anxiety, while for others, it manifests as overthinking. Eventually, it has the potential to take a toll on our well-being. So, where and why does this restlessness arise? The most common reasons include unaligned thoughts and actions, shifting goalposts, comparison among peers, societal pressure, and self-beliefs.

      The truth is, we are often woefully unaware of our own selves. It is crucial to be conscious of our values, beliefs, strengths, goals, skills, and resources. Life need not be chaotic; it need not be a race. Life is meant to be lived with joy.
