Diary of a Valiant Wolf Book 2 - Mark Mulle

    Day 1

It feels great to be home again. After our long journey and tough battle against the Zombie Horde, it’s nice to have a calm day for once.

Oopa and I have a big challenge ahead of us: we’ll have to train the entire group for the battle. Tasha and Lobo are becoming great wolves, they’re smart and strong. Susi is a very skilled wolf as well, so they’ll be a great addition to our group when fighting the Zombie Leader and his hordes.

Steve is getting ready for the big fight. Even though he wants to defeat the Ender Dragon, he won’t be able to kill the creature before the next full moon, which is going to be on the 25th. He’ll focus on the Zombie Horde this month.

But today, we rest! We deserve it after all.

    Day 2

A busy day at the castle (that’s what we call the house Steve built since the place is huge). We brought everyone outside for a hard day of training. For the first time, we’re working together as a team. I wonder how many great things we’ll be able to achieve as a pack!

The three adults hid in the woods and the kids had to go out to find us. That would be a good way to train their survival instincts in case of getting lost. We also trained their speed and reflexes with a few exercises.

Today, Steve was more upset than usual. He would only walk around and mumble constantly. From what I can tell, he was talking about the End Portal and something else regarding the Endermen. What was it about? I guess I’ll find out later. I hope it’s not a serious problem that may compromise the entire operation to defeat the Dragon.

Whatever it is, I’m sure our wolf pack will handle it just fine.

    Day 3

I don’t know how that happened. Everything was going so well…

I’m writing this very late at night because this was our worst day at the castle so far. And I’m afraid it was our last at that place…

Simply put, the castle is gone. We were asleep when they attacked – the Zombie Horde. But this time, it was not only one small horde. There were several of them. Even though Oopa stayed up doing the night shift to protect the area, we barely made
