    Dear Diary,

My name is Alex, and I’m a zombie. But I haven’t always been one. My whole life got turned upside down a few weeks ago when zombies tore apart my village and turned me into one of them. I can still do some things that normal zombies can’t, like talk and write. Sadly, I’m still stuck with the whole smelling like death thing and getting easily burned by the sun thing. Those are the some of the worst parts of being a zombie, but at least I have some hope of being human again.

Steve and I have been working together ever since we met up. At first, we wanted to get revenge on the zombies who did this to us, but we eventually learned the problem was a lot bigger than just a few rogue zombies messing things up. All the fighting makes me and Steve tired every now and then, but it also makes us strong enough to take on whatever comes at us next.

Eventually, we found a witch who lived in a tower in a desert biome. The witch gave us some vital information that drove our mission forward. She told us the zombies had been enchanted and were being led by her evil wizard brother. Until he was
