At Kami’s village, which is the one closer to Epheral city, we discussed the events of last month.

Humans are strange creatures. I suppose they’re prone to being controlled somehow. I said.

I can’t imagine what someone does to keep others under control. Is he threatening them? Does he promise them anything? Oopa said.

We don’t know anything about this Mozeib guy yet, Oopa. All we know is that the people of Epheral City trust him. They wholeheartedly believe in him. I said.

And that’s a dangerous thing, Susi said. We can’t let a maniac run around, telling people what to do. Steve must act fast.

He will, honey. I am sure Steve is thinking about what to do next. I said.

And I bet this will also involve us. Well, I hope it does because I want to bite that guy for all the lies he has been telling everyone! Oopa said.

We must be careful, guys, Elly said. Remember that the citizens of Epheral trust him, therefore biting him could make things worse. They don’t trust animals already, what would they think if their leader got bitten by a Wolf?

You’re right, Elly. We can’t resort to violence in this case, and everything must be dealt with peacefully. I said.

Oh… That’s a shame. But I tell ya, there will be a day this guy will learn his lesson; maybe even his people will make him pay for what he did to the poor, innocent animals. Oopa said.

Steve was quiet all day. He just wandered the village, thinking and trying to solve the enigma before him.
