I am a wife, a mum of 5 incredible young adults and teenagers plus a daughter-in-love, a daughter, sister, Aunty and friend! I have had the honour to work as both a primary and high school teacher, along with working as a Careers Advisor. I absolutely love the outdoors, I love pottering in my garden, hiking and running and I have had the opportunity to run a variety of road and trail marathons. I also love to renovate, having completely renovated our last two family homes. And here's what I have discovered about myself through all of these experiences… I love growth and I love people! I especially love encouraging people to be all that they have been created to be as they navigate life's hurdles. That is why I have started my own business Bbrave Bstrong, completed my studies as a Practitioner in Neurocoaching and currently work as a Life Coach.
