Recipe 1: Hemp Fried High Chicken

Don’t let the name fool you, this is a fried chicken that has only 0.3% infused THC, you can find it at: https://shift.store/sg1fan23477/retail

Once you have received your order of the chicken fried batter, you will need the following:

-1-2 bag of the Bakeables Fried Chicken Batter(depending on family size and amount of chicken)

    Ingredients:

Chicken pieces (legs, thighs, breasts, etc.), with skin

    2 cups buttermilk

2 cups Bakeables Fried Chicken Batter

1 tablespoon paprika (optional for added flavor)

    1 tablespoon garlic powder

    1 tablespoon onion powder

    Salt and pepper, to taste

Oil for frying (like vegetable or canola oil)

    Instructions:

    Marinate the Chicken:

In a large bowl, soak the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (or overnight in the refrigerator for best results). This step helps tenderize the meat and keeps it juicy.

Prepare theBakeables Fried Chicken Batter Mixture:

In a separate bowl, mix together the Bakeables Fried Chicken Batter, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

    Coat the Chicken:

Remove a piece of chicken from the buttermilk, let the excess drip off, then dredge it in the Bakeables Fried Chicken Batter mixture, ensuring it is completely coated. Repeat with all chicken pieces.

    Heat the Oil:

Fill a deep skillet or fryer with enough oil to cover the chicken pieces. Heat the oil to about 350°F (175°C). You can check if the oil is ready by sprinkling a bit of Bakeables Fried Chicken Batter into it; if it sizzles, it's ready.

    Fry the Chicken:

Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.

Fry the chicken until it's golden brown and cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces. Turn the pieces occasionally for even cooking.

    Check for Doneness:

The chicken is done when its internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). You can check this with a meat thermometer.

    7.Drain the Chicken:

Once cooked, remove the chicken pieces from the oil and place them on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil.

    8.Serve:

Serve your fried chicken hot. It pairs well with sides like mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or cornbread.

    Tips:

Seasoning Variations: Feel free to experiment with different spices in your flour mixture to suit your taste.

Crispier Coating: For an extra crispy coating, you can double-dredge the chicken by dipping it back in buttermilk and flour mixture again before frying.

Safety First: Be cautious when working with hot oil to avoid burns.

Enjoy your homemade Hemp fried chicken!

Now, you can use the GOOD GOOD GARLIC SALT as a substitute for regular garlic salt, also available at the Dispensary, infused with a THC derived hemp of 0.3%, get it here: https://shift.store/sg1fan23477/retail

Fun Fact: An interesting health fact about hemp is that it is an excellent source of plant-based protein. Hemp seeds are particularly noteworthy for their high-quality protein content, which includes all
