You can buy chicken wings whole or prepared. Cut whole wings in three at the joints and discard the tips (or use them to make stock). Trim any excess skin before cooking.
TO FRY OR NOT TO FRY
There are roasted, grilled, air-fried and barbecued buffalo wings, but the fastest, easiest and most traditional method of cooking is deep-frying. If you don’t have a thermometer, the oil is hot enough when
