As a baby, you didn’t do anything (special), but thinking about this little creature, you will agree, that the act of getting all these cells together, growing in a belly filled with liquid, getting into this world as a human surrounded by air, being able to adapt to this circumstances, being able to breathe and survive in this new environment, is one of the most stunning things, you can think of, right?

So, we both agree, that YOU, coming into this world and surviving, is miraculous! And why should this fact, has been changed over the years?

‘Cause you haven’t done everything, which you wrote on your to -do list yet? ‘Cause you haven’t achieved your career goals, yet? ‘Cause you aren’t running a 7-figure business, yet? ‘Cause you haven’t the perfect relationship yet? ‘Cause you haven’t traveled the world yet? ‘Cause you haven’t figured it out all yet?

Who are you?

Do you remember the friendship books you got from your friends in elementary school? How would you fill in the gaps? Name, age, favorite color, favorite food, hobbies, what I want to be when I grow up, my current profession, things, that I don’t like, etc.?

Set a timer for five minutes and write down everything that comes to your mind. Then read through your answers.

Afterward, reset the alarm for five minutes and write down three sentences, that describe you best, based on the answers, you have given before.
