About this ebook

Synopsis: Wyatt is a screenwriter living in Hollywood with his girlfriend April, an aspiring actress. She invites her hot bodybuilder friend Davis to stay with them for a week and show him around town. Wyatt is suspicious of Davis' intentions with his girlfriend, but finds out that Davis is actually gay! He thinks he has nothing to be concerned about until April is called into work and leaves the two men alone together.

Davis is drawn to and attracted by Wyatt's passionate personality. He knows that Wyatt is straight, but his unattainability adds to the attraction. He tries everything in his power to convince April's man to swing for the other team in this gay erotic short story.

    Chapter 1

I hated hosting people at my apartment. Why did I agree to this?

Because, April said, you love me and want to make me happy?

It was true. A woman as perfect as April had me doing a deep clean of our apartment on a Saturday morning; scrubbing toilets when I could be reading. All because her friends were coming to visit.

Of course, we were the assholes that had to live in Hollywood, leaving behind all of our family and friends scattered across the continental U.S.

I first came out here with hopes and dreams of being a successful screenwriter. What they don’t teach you in film school is that there is no such thing as a successful screenwriter, there is only a writer who works consistently. Thankfully I fell into that category. Nobody ever prepares you for the fact that you spend hundreds of hours on a single project, get paid peanuts (comparable to minimum wage), and the damn thing never sees the light of day. Of course, I was thankful for the work, but I knew in the back of my head that I wasn’t happy. If you take the SCREEN out of screenwriter, you got exactly what I was, and I was forever destined to be. Just a plain writer. The kicker was that no one outside of my agents and producers would ever read a word I wrote.
