    Chapter 1 - Why Do You Want to Motivate Yourself?

    Before we go deeper into the science of motivation, let’s begin to clear the most important element of motivation and that is when you think about motivating yourself you should Realize Why do you want to motivate yourself? When I say why, I mean, to do what? In other words, when you will know the secret to motivate yourself and others what will that do for you? So, take out your pen and paper and write it down what is your why for knowing the secret of self-motivation? The more answers you may come up with the better it will be for the purpose of motivation. So pause here and write down your why? Once you are done you can resume your reading and follow along.

    I am sure that you have come with your big why by now, so let’s see, what motivation is. according to the dictionary term "MOTIVATION" – it means – to act on will.

    That means if you can act on your will, without being affected by outside circumstance then you will be able motivate yourself from within. so, this book is all about how you can motivate yourself from within and how you can help your team members and others to get motivated. By others I mean people who are other than you so it can be your colleagues at work or your family members or friends.

    You probably have listened to so many motivational tapes / speeches or motivational music like I use to do in my early days but for me after going through many of those ra ra motivational tapes I had the buzz of those motivational tapes for couple of days, but soon it begin to fade away and in no time I was back to where I was started, so every couped of days I was at square 1 and I had re listen to those tapes again to get my motivation back. But that was not a permanent solution which I was looking for.

    When I was going through this emotional rollercoaster I was frustrated and I was keep thinking how can I just stay motivated and have the self-courage to do what I want to do without depending on outside ra ra motivational tapes. I want to make it clear that I am not against any motivational tapes or speeches but I wanted was a solid solution where I could just wake up and do the things that I want to do easily without fighting myself all the time or pushing myself all the time. I wanted something that could motivate me from within on my will, so that I can achieve those goals and Produce Tangible Results.

    After a long struggle I stumble upon a really powerful method which helped me to have the motivation that I always wanted. And I am going to share that entire system in this book with you, and to get most out from this book I highly recommend that you should do all the exercise as you go along.

    So, let’s get into the real system of motivation. And I will speak with you in the next chapter.

    Chapter 2 – Have You Set a Clear Direction?

    Welcome back, so before you go through the entire system of motivation, I want to you come into the present moment, kind of in a mindfulness way. And really give a thought on what your goals are and what do you want to achieve as a result of reading this book?  So, by accruing the deep knowledge on how to motivate yourself and your team and others, what you want to accomplish for yourself?
