Why I Wrote This Book
We often speak of it yet remain oblivious to its profound impact on our individual lives. The universe of our existence is shaped by fables, the actions of our parents and the community. An underlying force works within each of us, neither sleeping nor slumbering.
The great apostle Paul illustrated this phenomenon in Romans 7 when he wrote, The things I want to do, I don't do them and the things I don't want to do, I do.
This magical state operates unconsciously, compelling us to embrace the next trend or thing that comes our way. People tend to follow the current without questioning it, out of a fear of missing out.
This pervasive vibrational state is the subject of this book. The goal is to raise awareness of the spell cast over us by negative emotions such as anger, fear, sadness, hurt and guilt. These emotions might seem ordinary, but they bewitch our everyday lives through our ever-active senses, which transmit information to our Subconscious Mind at lightning speed. This is the magic that governs our lives.

The Magic in You
In life, there are moments of tedium, adrenaline, and heartache. But the magic exists within these experiences, often concealed from plain view. It's in the stories and voices of those around us, in the moments of stillness and the buzz of our thoughts amid the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The subconscious mind is a powerful force that can awaken within us a sense of courage and curiosity. This elusive force can be triggered by anything – a fleeting thought, a passing car, or a scene from a movie. These moments act as a thread, connecting us to something deep and meaningful within ourselves. It's a moment of clarity that ignites a search for the inner meaning of our lives.
It's fascinating how life unfolds unconsciously, with memories that grab our attention and draw us in. We're not consciously aware of this magic, as we've been taught to navigate the world through everyday life and our communities. The status quo demands that we remain busy, often influenced by media and the social status of the next post. We paste our thoughts onto another troubled soul's status, perpetuating the cycle.
The subconscious mind is a powerful tool that is often overlooked. It is the place where the magic of creation resides, constantly flowing with virtual heavenly influence. Our five senses - sight, touch, taste, smell, and hearing - act as gateways to the subconscious, allowing us to experience life on a conscious level. This ingenious gift is predestined by God, and it is up to us to unwrap it and make the most of the life we have been given.
There are things I perceive that others cannot. The taste, smell, and touch hold a language that opens a world of magic.
Our minds are incredibly powerful tools that collect and align information about life based on our beliefs, language, and understanding. While this happens rapidly, we often overlook the fact that our minds are constantly processing and filtering information through massive deletion, distortion, and generalization. This can impact our growth and progress, as valuable narratives are often compromised or disregarded. Instead, we end up working with what aligns with our own perceptions and beliefs on how life should be lived. It's important to reflect on our unique perspectives and how they shape the information we consume.
The magic has reappeared, but we remain asleep to it. Let's open our eyes and become aware of the enchantment happening all around us.
As we age, our vast unconscious experiences become a source of wisdom that others seek. However, we often overlook the magic of the ingenious process that God has bestowed upon us. This process keeps us alive and watches over us even as we slumber.
This ingenious has also been our love machine for self-care and self-love. Hidden there within you, is the Walt Disney of our subconscious. The place that never sleeps or slumbers. It's you. You the ingenious magic that God placed within this earth. Yes, it's magic.
A Moment of Inspiration: Piecing Together the Next Chapter
I was sound asleep in an unfamiliar place, but my sleep was restless and disturbed. I couldn't quite place the cause, but the nagging feeling persisted until I finally got up. The winter chill had settled in, and my tiled floor seemed to have struck a deal with the cold to make sure my feet would never forget it.
A few days prior, seeing a car and a house had awoken my subconscious, and I began to piece together the next puzzle of my life. And now, at 11:50 pm, something clicked, and my ingenuity sparked a creative vein. I found myself fully awake, standing over my laptop with my recording mic in hand, connected directly to my phone. It was time to start.
Sometimes, the key to completing a task is to visualize it beforehand. As I stood, microphone clipped to my chest, I had a sudden realization that the recording was already finished. Despite the background music and topic at hand, I felt confident that it was already complete. This is the power of visualization - seeing the task as already complete in your mind. With this mindset, I produced a podcast that left listeners feeling blessed. By finishing the task internally before actually doing it, we can achieve a greater sense of confidence and accomplish our goals with ease.
*I read an article of Tiger Woods on the PGA Tour, Titled The Power of Tiger Woods Mental Game.
It addressed his come back from retirement. Everyone, who knew him, expected him not to make it. But his narrative in the article is that he spent time visualizing his game. Saw himself finish and the day he played his game he came in the first 3. Nobody could believe it. They praised his ability to keep it together, but Tiger Woods said that he didn't do any golfing during his 9 years of retirement. He just decided to come back and exercise again and do shots on the field and a magic thought popped up within him and he responded.
In one of Tony Robbins talks he relates of Andre Agassi who needed to win the tennis tournament, came to him for advice. Revered to by Brooke Shields at the time. Tony Robbins put him through the exercise of visualizing himself hitting his best shot. And he just envisioned himself doing that. And when he played the tournament. He won. That further endorsed Tony Robbins work.

In the early 2000s. While at work a friend told me about what Tony did. I needed inspiration to do my running exercises and I explained to my friend what a challenge it was to do it every day, after work.
Like, I was starting all over again with the negative thoughts and doubt. This exercise inspired me, and I began every day, during work breaks I would see myself running and in good health and mood. I ran the race complete in my head. And when I ran my race that afternoon, I realized that I had already finished it. Now I just had to start, and I felt good, fully of energy and in good
