Identifying and Taking Responsibility for Your Feelings
With the intention of elucidating, expressing, and controlling feelings in a manner that is both healthy and useful, this is a guidebook that has been produced particularly for young children and the adults who are responsible for their care. As we embark on this journey together, it is of the highest significance to recognize that having feelings of rage or unhappiness is a natural and anticipated part of life. This is something that we should acknowledge. Not only do we, as adults, experience a vast range of emotions on a daily basis, but there is also a large range of emotions that children experience. The method in which we respond to various emotions, particularly anger, is what determines the character of our interactions and relationships with other people. This is especially true when it comes to anger.
