The Reason Why
eadership can get defined as delivering a group or organization to an objective, goal, or means of an end. Today's cur- rent and popular traditional leadership style is the top-down hierarchal method. Strong leaders are compassionate, good listeners, community-driven, and pioneering. Leadership must express the needs, ideas, and goals of the group or organization's majority to succeed. Leadership today encompasses a diverse population or heterogeneous mixture of races, cultures, and ethnicities. The government and the private business sectors must teach a good leadership model. A good leadership model examines successful attributes from strong leaders in other regions and incorporates practices into its leadership model. The need for character-based leadership can be found in government organizations as well as business organizations. Leadership aims to liberate groups and organizations from reoccurring problems based upon experience to achieve a targeted result. Strong leadership is restorative and
