    Let me begin by expressing my gratitude to GOD, for giving me the guidance and ways to the door of knowledge and ideas. Not to forget, to all the best thinkers, writers and authors in the world, for their valuable ideas and thoughts. The knowledge and ideas gained are much appreciated, since it gives the most precious information and directions, especially to the peoples who are going to read this book, for their incredible hospitality and willingness, to search for knowledge in the process to becoming extraordinary great leaders.

    I am most grateful, for the reason of your kindness and humble, by having this book as part of your preference because I know, we share a common responsibility and intention i.e. to be great leaders, to effectively manage this world with great vision and mission. I want to thank you and acknowledge everybody, for their incredible leadership that making all of us still survives in this world, with peace and harmony.

    Nowadays, leadership has been defined as a process through, which a person influences, motivates, exploring multiple ways of good direction and develops others for positive value of improvement, to get involved in accomplishment of a particular task. It is said that great leaders are not naturally born, but they are made with good intention. They are made just like anything else, through hard work and that’s the price they will have to pay to achieve the objectives. Sometimes, people acquire the skills and talent eventually to become great leaders. Great leaders are crucial, in bringing out the best and providing the much required guidance to the organizations.

    Great leaders normally highlighted on such character and traits such as having brilliant ideas, determined with vision, mission and high qualities. Such skills are necessary but still considered as insufficient qualities for great leaders. On the other hand, more personal qualities are also essential.

    Analytical and technical skills are also part of requirement for great leaders. It is crucial that, great leaders are distinguished, by a high combination of emotional and spiritual intelligence. Without it, even I am prepared with an incisive mind and an endless supply of good ideas; I still won’t be great leaders.

    The qualities of great leaders are often debated whether dynamic personality, personal intelligent, good management skills and a notable finesse, in everything he or she does, is enough to make great leaders. However, great leaders often show empathy, towards his subordinates and encouragement for their skills and talent.

    Effective leadership is not about making excellent speeches or being liked or great implementer. Great leaders, have the confidence and necessary platform to stand alone, the courage and strong platform of individual believe and faith to make difficult decisions, and being able to listen and understand to others as a team. Great leaders are always having ability to be adaptive to whatever scenario, great simplifiers, and problem solvers, who can cut through argument, debate and doubt to offer a solution that everybody can understand. All great leaders had something unique about them, and yet they were bound by greatness that helped them, to lead masses to innovation, concepts and new ideologies.

    Great leaders show the best way to an organization, while still remain humble, passion and firm rooted. Great leaders leads, helps to fight for appropriate rights for the team members, revolt and bring about change and finally to achieve the impossible even it is difficult. The key to successful leadership today is influence, not authority. The challenge of leadership is to be firmed but not rude, to be kind but not weak, to be bold but not bully, to be thoughtful but not lazy, to be humble but not timid and to be proud but not arrogant.

    It is up to us now to judge, what great leaders are. To me, great leaders is the best ever person in this world, who can be a personality and attract people, adaptable to any situations, to be a positive follower, who can manage and develop peoples and his works, who can deliver results and
