Darren hated his job more than fried pig’s brains with onions. He hated the people he worked with. He hated the company he worked for. He hated the washrooms in the building that housed the company he worked for. He hated the receptionist, Jocelyn, whose smile stuck to his eyes like happy-time snot when she said in her irritating sing-song voice: GOOD morning. How are WE today?
