Chapter 1 Starting An Organized Criminal (published as GANGSTA SMALL)

I searched for locals back in my country but was having a hard time; one of Liam’s boys is talking about a band of Muslim goons that are very well known pirates. I asked him where could I find them, he said boss they won't do a shit for you. I said that's all right let’s take their ship then throw them away dead into the ocean. The boss needs the ship I said. Then he guided me with Liam, and we find their Captain anchored near an old warehouse which was abandoned for years. I found out they were not Muslims just bunch of pagans from the Pacific. I told them do you want to earn money? I'm not talking about small here and besides the crew and the ship, my boss needs the life of each one of you. Then he asked what shipment was, I told them just products. I'll give you the route but if the waves are not on your side or there is a storm, you need to report it to me first so I could tell the boss. Then he asked how much? The payment is in dollars but before I tell you the price, I should set rules for the ship because you will have a valuable product inside. Is that alright with you? He agreed. One of my rules: no women on board, stay on a low profile, you're already a pirate ship, change this to a merchant ship, put pig's oil on the container of the product for security purposes and keep your cool with some of the maritime police at the coastline of any country. The conversation ended when my father messaged me. I told them I'll get in touch later. I need to do something important.

Due to the death of my mother, most of my mother’s business were either bankrupt or on the verged of bankruptcy, many properties were sold. My father being a former military officer with a good record within the government was called again to serve the government. My siblings left the city to study elsewhere. I stayed alone at our house most of the time and often go to casino because there is no trace if you took the casino. I played poker there often, used money for just playing, buying girls so the attention is with them not on me while playing. I just enjoy it and not actually playing for money; sometimes my guys visit me, if something comes up. And my attire their as always doesn't looks like a rich guy. Sometimes I wear whatever clothes I'm in at the house. Guards already know me I just enter. It seems like it's my house sometimes and I stayed for some nights if I want to like the one with a receptionist at the casino. She is staring at me but it feels like she is looking at me like I'm filthy because I'm just wearing flip flops shorts and a decent shirt. For others that shirt is for casual but for me it's just what I wear at home. I entered the VIP lounge because I got VIP card at the casino. She entered and asked me if I'm going to play. I said yes, at the poker table. Which table she asked? The high stakes in the middle. She replied my shift ends in 30 mins, could I sit beside you? Yes, sure. Just don't bother me while playing. Then she kissed me and left.

Zij arrived. He asked new escort boss? No she is a receptionist there. Do you want me to check her out? Yes check her. Copy boss get back to you if I found something. I said dig deeper. She is the one who come to me, that is a little fishy. Copy boss, and by the way the Albinos want to talk to you over the sat phone later at 2. Okay just hand me the phone later, then book me a suite upstairs. Yes boss and Zij, go get something to eat here okay. Yes boss.

Then I go outside, the casino, because the restaurant inside doesn't have 7Up in the refrigerator, so i bought some on the convenience store nearby. When I got back to the casino she is waiting outside. She asked, where did you go? I just bought some 7Up there, the restaurant inside don't have one. Okay, I thought you leave. No I'm staying inside for the night. No one is home so I'll sleep here later, if I'm already tired. Okay, can I come to your room too? What will you do there, just talk to you or eat something? If you want to then go ahead, just don't bother me if I’m sleeping, okay? She wrapped her arms to me. I looked like an aid, because she had on a dress and I'm in flip flops, going back inside. Then one of her friends a lady guard shouted, you fished another one? That painted Old Hag! No he’s my boyfriend. I looked at her with surprise. I wanted to shout this bitch. I played for 8 hours at the poker table. I lost not that much but I'm already tired so I told her let's go to our room honey. I said because she keeps on saying honey to so that she will not be embarrassed. I just ride on her play but before we enter the elevator Zij arrived with the sat phone.

The Albinos are calling. My new girl asked Zij to bring her things at the suite. I just nod at Zij as he entered the elevator first then I speak with the Albinos; they are speaking in Spanish. I can speak some because I studied Spanish one of my subjects back in the University. The Albino is yelling at me what the fuck are you doing, why you’re not yet starting? I told them that I'm waiting for the products to arrive at the warehouse and still no package is brought. Alan, my man, said it was already delivered. I told him I can picture the whole warehouse, there is nothing and he turned on his men. Where the fuck are my goods? One of the guys I overheard from the phone said it was already delivered Señoir. I received nothing yet. I said if you want I'll search for it. Yes, search for it; it's been 3 days that is why I'm calling you. No worries I'll find it. Where was the first stop of it? South Africa. Okay, I'll check it there but this is a different payment. Sure, I'll pay just find it, that is a quarter a million dollars. No worries I will update you. Then I drop the call told Zij call my pirates, check SA find the goods there. Yes boss, then once found what is next? Inform me then give me my black guy. I think the goods were ambushed by the West African gang. I overheard that they got a lot of cash this past few days. To whom you get that, from my table but boss, Zij is looking at the girl. No worries, you got something for me? Then he whispered, she is clean, really clean just clings to rich old man here in the casino, one of those is your god father boss. Let it be Zij. Tell my pirates call me ASAP. I need the goods and check the transfer of money that is the boys allowance for the search. Copy boss.

We entered the room Zij left after putting Tina's bag at the living room. I asked her please order some food I'm starving, like pizza and a bucket of chicken and Caesar salad. She asked drinks? Ice tea and order anything you want as well. I turn in the TV straight to the business news. I'm always checking that one because I do have stock investments. Then she said I'll just take a shower. Okay just go, then I changed the channel to NBA, found a classic game, LA Lakers vs Indiana Pacers Finals Game 2.

The doorbell rang and the food enters. I thought it will be from the Hotel itself but she ordered from outside, Dominos and KFC. Then I asked the delivery boy, do you accept cards, he said yes, just swipe my card and he went. I’m called Tina. How did you ordered outside? She replied it's one of your perks for having a VIP Diamond card, you can order outside. I entered to shower. I told her I need a shower too. I like the flavour of the pizza you ordered. She kissed me before leaving the shower, after a minute I'm next. I saw the food prepared in the living room and the NBA still on. I asked her you watch basketball? Sometimes but I love watching tennis. I sometimes watch if it's Wimbledon open. C'mon honey let's eat. I asked her why did you come to me what do you want? Then she kissed me.

She slept on the couch and I need to carry her to the bed, when we woke up it's already 1 in the afternoon. After 30 mins my father called. First thing came to my mind I forgot to give food to the dogs; I answered the phone. Yes father. My father said he'll be outside of the country for almost half a month, due to diplomatic reasons. I’ll deposit money for you don't forget the cold cuts of Dancer and Woody. Yes father, I'll go by the house later 5pm okay. Don't cook too much I'm not eating dinner. I'll go ahead to the airport, my flight is at 9pm. Okay father then he hung up. I woke Tina, honey c'mon lets go to our house, just continue sleeping there. She said, is this meet the parents already? I thought you don't want to be my husband. No need to go back to the house father will arrive later. Okay. I need to feed our dogs I forgot about them last night. I called an Uber then waited outside of the casino.

Straight home when we arrive. Our dogs welcomed me with wagging tails; I told them sorry I forgot to feed you, no worries, you'll eat now. I pull out their cold cuts from the refrigerator and they ate at the kitchen. I told Tina, what do you want to eat? I need to cook something today. She said I'll just cook, that's my passion anyways, okay. I'll eat anything you will cook. She cooked some beef stew and pasta. Well, she really knows how to cook. My father arrived 6pm, he said he was caught on a heavy traffic. His body guards picked up his luggage which I prepared because he told me to prepare it a while ago. I quickly introduce Tina. He is in a hurry he said okay, I'm sorry I can't taste your cooking may be next time. I'm in a big hurry, I left the house. She said my future father in law seems strict. I asked her don't you have any shift tonight? No I'm just part time there. If they call then I'll need to go. Then Woody is beside her. How about you? You won't play. Not tonight. I need to play with the boys, Play? Basketball honey, I got a game tonight. We got a schedule at a court nearby. Do you want to come? I dunno, is there a handsome player there? I play more, thinking she went to the rest rooms. When she got back she had some water and energy drink. I realized that I forgot to bring water, that's why she bought some. Then i just played a couple of games and took rest beside her. She asked do you love playing basketball. Yes why? Well while watching you there you look like a different person, you know. Really? I'm just taking a rest then we will go. Change your clothes. I brought your dry fit polo shirt. Thank you. I kissed her then I asked where do you want to go? Then she is thinking while we walk into the parking lot. She said I want to watch a movie. I said if we watch a movie not a love story. Okay, she said, no it's a horror movie. Okay. While driving I hand out one of my cards and she said what this is? Your own card. She said what do you think of me. I don't work my ass off to buy things. No, I'm sorry if you feel that way I wanted to make sure if I'm not around you will able to buy something you need when you need it. She refused. I’ll just ask you if I want something. Maybe that is from your father. No it's not. I have a business of my own, well if you decline the card how about a place where you can stay without paying for a rent. She was surprised. We could go by your house and get some of your stuff just stay with me at home. I'm asking you how you knew. Well, my father is a retired military officer, an intelligence commander back then. Then out of nowhere I said I love you and laugh at her face is frown. We go to her rented apartment and she said wait for me. The dogs are looking at her from the window. The first thing she brought outside is her dog, a small breed dog named Rose. My dogs just sniff her and she stayed in the back with two big dogs. Tina has a frown on face still. Then a lot of luggage went out of the apartment, I go outside of the car. I said, what the hell was that? My clothes. All of your clothes? No this is just quarter of it! What the? I’m just bringing half there is still a lot of luggage here. Please bring it outside. When I entered the apartment I saw the mess, clothes all over the sofa. I shouted, honey has a storm signal no. 4 arrived on your apartment? Just get the luggage and don’t snoop around. Okay, just wondering if this is a house or warehouse of underwear? She went in and kicked me. Hey, I'm just joking. I'm so busy the past few days I forgot to clean. No worries, tomorrow I'll clean if that bothers you, and come with me to help. Alright I'm just playing and I'm laughing until we enter the house. Would you change your clothes? Not really. You? This will do I just need to leave the dogs here and feed them. Will Rose will be alright with them? No worries, they won't hurt her. If they would there should be a rumble inside the car already. Okay just making sure. I left the 3 dogs their food and headed to the cinema.

I feel happy that night, holding hands with her while on the line for the tickets and the popcorn. She is upset she ordered 4 popcorns, 4 large and 3 large coke, then the 3 large popcorn is all for her and the 2 large cokes as well. I just smile because she is still mad at me. I told her before the movie starts, don't be mad honey okay, you won't enjoy the night. We watched the horror movie. I thought she is not scared but the hell most of the popcorn is on the floor and I'm laughing because of her. I told her we paid so much for this IMAX then you’re just watching with your jacket on your face. It’s scary then. Why did you choose this? I'm curious many people watched it. Okay just wrap around my arms and that was a bad idea. I can't feel my arms for quite some time. Then we come out she is still on poise. Don't laugh they will know I'm the one shouting on top of my lungs in there! Now your ashamed shut up c'mon lets buy same chicken, I'm hungry. No wonder, all the popcorn is on the floor, we ordered 3 buckets. Well, my honey is hungry. Who won't be hungry screaming on top of their lungs inside the cinema?
