To Jesus Christ, Yeshua Messiah, my Lord and Savior, and my very best friend

To my wife, who has been my greatest earthly asset, my constant companion, and my greatest earthly friend

To all my friends who have encouraged me to write this book

If I were to mention all of you by name, it would probably require another book. So thanks to all of you.

    Introduction

The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and [Jesus] sent and signified it by his servant John. (Revelation 1:1)

The Lord having given me a good understanding of the things that must shortly come to pass and instructing me to write them down, I begin to be faithful to the vision.

Many people who have set out to write books on the book of Revelation have either a very limited understanding or put in their own distorted view. I felt the need to bring a clear understanding to the things which are to come. Therefore, I will endeavor to clarify the book of Revelation as it was given to me by the Holy Spirit. It is not possible to understand the book of Revelation without searching Daniel, Ezekiel, Zechariah as well as Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21, and John 17. I will endeavor, therefore, to rightly divide (assemble) these scriptures as the Lord gave them to me.

Our Lord gave me the proper chronological order of the book of Revelation; thus, we will study it as follows:

Chapters 1–5 (kind of a prelude or preface to the meat of the book)

    Chapter 6, verses 1–8

    Chapter 7: verses 1–8

    Chapter 8: verses 6–13

    Chapter 12: verses 1–17

    Chapter 6, verses 9–17

    Chapter 7, verse 9

    Chapter 8, verse 5

    Chapter 9, verses 1–21

    Chapter 10, verses 1–11

    Chapter 11, verses 1–19

    Chapter 13, verses 1–18

    Chapter 15, verses 1–8

    Chapter 16, verses 1–21

    Chapter 14, verses 1–20

    Chapter 17, verses 1–18

    Chapter 18, verses 1–24

    Chapter 19, verses 1–21

    Chapter 20, verses 1–15

    Chapter 21, verses 1–27

    Chapter 22, verses 1–21

    Chapter 1

Many years ago, the Lord woke me up from a deep sleep and gave me a vision and began to teach me the book of Revelation.

I grew up in a very strict Pentecostal home, so what the Lord taught me was very foreign to me.

Night after night, he would wake me or, sometimes, begin to reveal to me just as I was about to go to sleep.

Many nights, I would write down the scriptures so I wouldn’t forget them and tried to go back to sleep; they would burn in my spirit so that I couldn’t go back to sleep, so I would get up and go sit at the dining table and work out the scriptures the Lord had given me.

As I said earlier, I grew up in a Pentecostal home, so the teaching was strange to me.

I would argue with the Lord and say, Lord, those scriptures don’t fit together, but when I would read them together, I would be amazed how they worked together. So I ask you to read this book with an open mind and the understanding that this is not my theory but God’s truth.

I would like to first look at who Jesus is. The common church view is that Jesus didn’t exist before he was born to a virgin named Mary. This fallacy has caused many people not to recognize the deity of Jesus.

The first clue to who Jesus (born Yeshua) is, is found in Revelation 1:5—Jesus Christ (Messiah), the faithful witness, the first begotten of the dead, the Prince of the kings of the earth. Verse 8 begins to shed important light on his origin: "I am Alpha and Omega (listen), the beginning and the ending." Did you get that? He has always been.

Now let’s look at Revelation 4:8. There are four beasts or created beings, and they rest not day and night saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty which was and is and is to come. Verse 11 says, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for Thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

So Jesus was obviously here before all creation.

God [Jesus] that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he [Jesus] is lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands. (Acts 17:24)

And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 3:9)

For by him [Jesus] were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. (Colossians 1:16–17)

Now, let’s look at John 1:1–2:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.

The word there for beginning (arche) means "from before time ’till time
