Efua Fynn-Eghan is a young lady living in the city of Accra - Ghana. She has a first degree in engineering and currently studying for her second degree in medicine. She considers this memoir as a journal where she documents her journey through life. This book is a place where she vents and keeps sane. Here, she documents her experiences while in a toxic and abusive relationship, and by writing, she shares with the world the forms of abuse she suffers every day of her life and hopes that if she ever comes out of the relationship alive, in the future, she can look back and reflect on all that she had to endure. She also believes that by sharing her story, she is letting her voice be heard by the world and using that as a coping mechanism to strive through life one day at a time.
