LEMON AND HERB CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE
Ingredients:
½ lb chicken
1 cup flour
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 tbsp ground onion seasoning
11/2 cup garlic bread crumbs
5-6 cups vegetable oil, for frying
For the lemon and herb butter:
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp butter
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the flour, garlic salt, ranch seasoning, and ground onion seasoning in a bowl.
Place the garlic bread crumbs in another bowl.
Dip the chicken wings into the flour mixture, then coat them with garlic bread crumbs.
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the chicken wings in the pan and fry them for 15-20 minutes.
While the chicken is frying, prepare the lemon herb butter. Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, then mix in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Once the chicken wings are done, remove them from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Drizzle the lemon herb butter over the chicken wings and garnish with additional chopped parsley, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
