About this ebook

Ketu is believed to be the repository of past and present karmas and is associated with a variety of significations in astrology, including asceticism, assassinations, contemplation, desire for knowledge, deep thinking, imprisonment, poison, intrigues, magical powers, poverty, mysticism, and spiritualism. It is believed that the part of the body associated with the house where Ketu is in a birth chart may have a birthmark, such as a burn mark, cut, or black spot. The individual may also experience irritation or pain in that part of the body.

Ketu is also known for his ability to curtail the qualities of the planets that come into contact with him, either for good or for ill. He is seen as a powerful and unpredictable force that can bring great success or great failure to those under his influence. Ketu is associated with detachment and damages to the significations of house with which it is related. It can give growth to person to rise to level of King but still will detach from few of the important issues of life. It can also bring negative consequences, such as poverty, failure, and physical or mental disability. Ketu is the hidden energy related to Muladhara Chakra and its energies are hidden, mysterious and fructify as per past life deeds of a person.

Ketu is also known as Dhwajah, or the flag, and is associated with power and authority. Those with a strong Ketu placement may be blessed with positions of power and authority, but they may also face allegations of corruption, malpractice, and bribery. In cases where these allegations are false, it is believed that the individual can seek protection by placing a large flag on the top of a temple, particularly a Ganesha or Hanuman temple.

Ketu is believed to be a powerful force that can cause significant obstacles and challenges in an individual's life path. It is associated with pain, change, and the need to leave behind excess baggage from past karmas. It may also divert the individual towards Rahu, which represents the future and the need to address certain areas of life. While Ketu brings detachment, Rahu brings attachment and encourages the individual to learn new things and break away from conventional ways of thinking. It can be difficult to stand in the way of Ketu's power, as it is working to bring enlightenment and understanding of the divine plan, which is an integral part of one's destiny. Ultimately, the goal is to achieve true enlightenment and honor through the process of enlightenment brought on by Ketu.

    ABOUT THIS BOOK

    Om Namah Shivah

    Om Ganpate Namah

    Om Rahave Namah

    Om Ketave Namah

I begin writing this Book by first invoking Lord Shiva, my principal deity and as well as Lord Ganesh, who is always revered at the start of any new undertaking. I also invoke the deity Ketu about whom I will be writing about in this book. I humbly ask for their blessings and guidance as I embark on this journey of understanding and documenting about Ketu. I pray for the knowledge, wisdom, and strength to stay true to the subject, despite any challenges or distractions that may arise.

Ketu is associated with several qualities and traits, including detachment and spiritualism and also desire for power and success. It is believed to be a highly secretive, unpredictable and volatile force, and its presence in a person's birth chart is said to indicate a tendency towards unexpected events and sudden changes.

Rahu and Ketu are often considered to be a malefic planet, which means that it can bring negative or challenging experiences and circumstances into a person's life. However, it is also believed to be capable of bringing great success and material abundance when it is well-placed in a birth chart. This may be due to Good Karmik accounts of previous births.

In this book on Ketu, we will delve deep into the astrological significance of this mysterious celestial body. We will explore the various ways in which it can manifest in a person's life, as well as the ways in which it can be harnessed and channeled for positive outcomes. We will also discuss the different ways in which Ketu can be affected by the other planets in a birth chart, and how this can impact an individual's experiences and circumstances.

Birth details as given in example charts has been taken from internet so cannot claim the authenticity of birth data. Knowledge about Rahu and Ketu has been acquired through various courses, books, scriptures and learned people which has been tested through various charts. We would also like to acknowledge the authors support who have shared their experience and knowledge for the growth of Astrological sciences.

In my earlier Books,Rahu Effect and Significations’ and Rahu in Twelve house of Chart", I have covered about Rahu. In this book, I will try to cover results of Ketu position in each house in details.

In the first chapter, we will discuss about the significations of Rahu and Ketu. Rahu and Ketu, the shadow planets are two halves of the same celestial body. In the second chapter, we will cover significations of houses. In the further chapters, we will cover signification of each house and results of Ketu placed in that house with suitable examples. We will be covering the remedies to be adopted for best results of Rahu and Ketu.

We hope, this book will provide a comprehensive and in-depth look at the role that Ketu plays in astrology and will offer insights and guidance for those seeking to better understand this complex and powerful celestial influence.

    Introduction

Rahu and Ketu are powerful and mysterious planets who are associated with eclipses and can obscure the Sun and Moon. Rahu is often depicted as a head of serpent or dragon and is revered for his ability to break through the illusions created by Lord Vishnu. Ketu is depicted as tail of the dragon and repository of our past life deeds.

In Vedic Astrology, the concept of the Soul's journey through different lifetimes is central to it. The final goal of the soul is to break this cycle of life and death. Like the beads on a necklace, various lifetimes are joined together to form a necklace, each life being different but interconnected by an invisible thread. The invisible thread is Rahu and Ketu. The purpose of the soul in this life to act as per our deeds of our previous births, clear the karmic debts, fulfill the pending desires of past life, destroy the illusions of the materialistic life and move towards the pursuit of self-realisation. The soul's journey in a particular lifetime and it's connection with eternal life is indicated by the position of Rahu and Ketu. Ketu deals with the past Karma and Rahu with the future.

Rahu and Ketu represent the process of birth and death, or the cycle of manifestation and return to the spiritual realm, as they hold the secret of enfolding of individual consciousness. Rahu is seen as representing the aspirations and duties that a person must fulfil in this life, while Ketu is seen as representing the karmic accounts of the past. They are believed to be the ultimate controllers of destiny and play a role in the powerful alignment of the Sun, the Moon, and the Earth.

Rahu and Ketu are the sensitive points in the chart that can indicate areas of transformation and challenge. They can also show areas where we may have past life karmic debts to work out. By understanding the placement and influence of Rahu and Ketu in our chart, we can gain insights into our personal karmic journey and work towards overcoming any challenges and obstacles on our path to spiritual growth.

Rahu and Ketu are said to work in unison, 180 degrees apart from each other, as two opposite points in the zodiac. They are known for their ability to surprise and shock, and their effects are often difficult to predict because they are mainly concerned with a person's emotional makeup and work on an internal level. They are believed to deliver results based on karmic accounts, and their actions can have a major impact on an individual's life.

Rahu is known for its ability to create illusions and lead people astray. This can be seen as a way for Rahu to help people learn, experience, and feel everything that life has to offer, so that they can eventually turn a new leaf and seek enlightenment. On a physical level, Rahu is associated with an insatiable desire for achievement and the pursuit of success. However, it is believed that this success is often based on an illusion and may not bring true happiness or fulfilment. By learning to let go of these illusions and seeking spiritual growth and self-realization, people can move beyond the cycle of suffering and find true inner peace.

Rahu and Ketu are celestial bodies in Hindu astrology that is believed to cause eclipses and is associated with meteors. It is not a physical object but is considered a planet due to its importance in astrology. Rahu is associated with the North node, or the point where the Moon crosses from the southern to the Northern sky and is believed to represent the birth into the material world. Ketu, on the other hand, is associated with the South node, or the point where the Moon crosses from the Northern to the Southern sky and is believed to represent the return to the spiritual realm after leaving the material world.

Eclipses are believed to occur when the Sun or the Moon are at one of these points and are thought to be caused by Rahu or Ketu swallowing the Sun or the Moon. Rahu is also associated with the time of day known as Rahu kaal, which is considered inauspicious in Hindu astrology. During eclipses, the light of the Sun and Moon is temporarily darkened, and the energies created during this time are powerful and full of new information and occult power. The period after an eclipse is seen as a time of rebirth for the Sun and Moon. Rahu and Ketu are believed to play a significant role in this alignment of the Sun, Moon, and Earth, and are thought to be the ultimate controllers of destiny.

Rahu and Ketu are considered to have a powerful influence on the individual's consciousness and are associated with transformation and regeneration. They are believed to be responsible for eclipses and are seen as symbolically eclipsing the Sun (consciousness) and the Moon (the mind). During an eclipse, the energies created are powerful and psychic, and are believed to be
