For the record, let’s look at some quick facts about certain current transits. Mars stations retrograde on September 9 at 28 Aries. Jupiter stations direct on September 12 at 17 Capricorn. Saturn stations direct early on September 29 at 25 Capricorn. Pluto stations direct on October 4 at 22 Capricorn.

In general, a direct station indicates that the transiting planet will shift its emphasis from internal to external, while the retrograde station indicates a shift from external to internal. But note the “in general” in that statement; the matter requires a closer look, particularly in reference to Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.
