Preface
Dedication
No, I did not stutter. I meant chicks in boots and not puss in boots.
Your beliefs influence your expectations. If you believe something is lost, it will remain hidden.
Just because you are talking does not mean I have to listen.
If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
Your work is not your job. Your job is what they pay you to do; your work is what you were born to do.
I don’t know how to act my age because I’ve never been this age before.
I am the thinker of my thoughts and create my own reality.
A man will go to war, fight and die for his country, but he wouldn’t get a bikini wax.
Our thoughts and imagination, not words, lead to our life experiences.
As humans, we should have attained a certain level of consciousness where we no longer put tribe over community because this is a survival instinct mentality.
You can’t schedule intuition, and you can’t schedule inspiration.
If you don’t invest in your dream, don’t expect a harvest because there will be nothing to reap.
Your strength is displayed when you let go of attachments.
The fastest way to manifest what you want is to have a lifestyle of gratitude. These two words, ‘Thank you,’ will change your life.
Doc is gone.
Break away from the slave chains of your programmed mind. Your mind is not your soul.
People are not always ready to hear the truth. So sometimes, let their complaints meet your lizard head nod.
One of the happiest moments in your life is when you find the courage to let go of what you can’t change.
While most people spend time observing and complaining about reality, remember you came into this existence to create your reality.
Admit when you’re wrong. Shut up when you are right.
You are a co-creator with the universe. When things don’t go your way, recalibrate.
You can’t remain a part of any industry you are trying to expose. So, you have to make a choice.
I did not come into this existence to fit in and follow the crowd. Instead, I follow my own path.
Your intuition is a muscle. To develop it, you must listen.
Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.
There can be no growth unless you do something that challenges you daily.
A lack of gratitude blinds you from observing the abundance you have been given, and a heart of appreciation makes anything enough.
Loving someone may be unconditional, but liking someone has a time limit. You can love someone but not like their ways.
The entire world is one big family.
How you respond to a situation has the power to change the situation. However, there is a difference between reacting and responding.
Never allow external events to govern your inner condition.
You become chosen when you choose yourself.
Without fear, without doubt, without discomfort in what we’re doing, what is there for any of us to overcome?
Don’t tell me what you are going to do. Show me.
There are things that I know, there are also things that I don’t know, and then there are things that I know I don’t know.
When you remain angry for as little as five minutes, you chemically poison yourself.
When you have a mindset of I will be famous or die trying. You may get your wish.
When you use your credentials to gain status, be careful not to suffer from status anxiety.
Your hair makes you look too ethnic. Try to fit in.
The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.
Creating your reality is about knowing what you want, then finding a way to connect to things that will make it work.
Focusing on something means not being anxious about it. Focusing puts you in the creative mode while anxiety puts you in the panic mode.
Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted.
The difference between a thought and a decision is the immediate action you take.
When looking for friendship or a partner, ask yourself, will I date someone like me?
We are vibrational beings. So, getting into an argument will indicate to the universe that we want more things to argue about.
When we breathe, there is no resistance. We go with the flow as we inhale and exhale. So, let’s live each day resistance free and go with the flow.
The law of attraction is not your mother!
A king will show you better than he can tell you.
I feel empowered because I use my power to empower other people.
If you are persistent, you will get it. If you are consistent, you will keep it.
Your desires are intended to bring you joy. They should not torture you.
Intention sets things in motion; it does not necessarily make them happen.
If you have an idea you genuinely think is good, don’t let some idiot talk you out of it.
The opposite of love is not hate; it’s indifference.
Anything we do now is a product of the value we give it.
Our only limitations are those we set up in our own minds.
The effect you have on others is the most valuable currency there is.
Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body, and prayer is to the soul.
The greatest threat to success is not failure but boredom.
Trust the vibes you get. Energy doesn’t lie.
When you declare someone an enemy, you are giving them your power.
How would you serve the world? What does the world need that your talent can provide?
We cannot retain time, yet it measures everything.
When something is in the past, leave it alone.
When your emotions are high, do not trust your thoughts and do not make quick decisions.
Legacy is what we leave behind that others can use.
Three things to have every day: Your smile, hope, and courage.
Hello, I’m vegan. What’s your name?
Who is in the rat race?
Look hard enough, and you can discover good and bad in almost anything.
Life is like looking for your phone. Most of the time, it’s in your hand.
The greatest threat to our economy is the belief that someone else will build it. We are that someone else that we have been waiting for.
Before you heal someone, ask them if they are willing to give up the things that made them sick.
Your belief is your point of view and does not necessarily make it the truth.
A state of mind is something that one assumes. It cannot be purchased; it must be created.
When you want something, don’t confuse your desperation with persistence.
When you have a vision about something you want, but have doubts, deal with your doubts before discussing your vision with others.
The only motivation you need is inspiration.
A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it.
People who drink to drown their sorrows should know that sorrow knows how to swim.
Don’t forget that while you are busy doubting yourself, someone else admires your strength.
Promoting a campaign against any situation will yield more of that situation. Your dominant thought will always have a stronger vibration.
Arguments without clarity are a waste of time.
Watch your thoughts, for they transmit your vibrations into things.
There can be no insult where there has been no data.
You cannot get sick enough to help sick people get well. You cannot get poor enough to help poor people prosper.
I push the buttons, but you push your bottoms.
I am responsible for what I say and not what you understand.
Be in alignment with your true nature.
If you build it, he (they) will come.
Everyone has the power for greatness, not for fame, but greatness. Because greatness is determined by service.
There cannot be a problem without a solution. In this universe, one polarity cannot exist without the other.
Not every question deserves an answer.
Look at me; I’m not your Mum.
Live your life like you’re the hero in your movie.

I started writing Evolving through the process
in 2019. My writing was fragmented and very disorganized. I needed the inspiration to express my life’s journey, so I became an avid seeker of the meaning of life. My search led me to some of the most outstanding teachers I call my mentors. I read many books and watched many documentaries, and my thoughts became more precise. I want to thank the following writers, authors, influencers, friends, family members, and movies that helped bring out the author in me. Their quotes continue to inspire me, and you will find that I referenced them at least once in this book. I thank the following people in alphabetical order, not in order of i mportance.
