    In the 21st century, millions of people around the world are grappling with stress and mental health challenges. Sadly, many of them find it difficult to seek solutions due to various factors such as social stigma, limited access to qualified professionals, high cost of professional services, inadequate awareness of the topic in our society, and a lack of emphasis on psychological skills in our education system

    According to ancient knowledge, an uncultivated mind is the root cause of many human problems. By practicing mind cultivation techniques, one can effectively manage their mind, reduce stress, and prevent mental health issues. With increasing awareness about mental health, many people are now coming forward to contribute to this cause. Yet, there is still a lot of work to be done to create awareness and accessibility in society.

    Everyone has the potential to cultivate and nurture their mind, save time, energy, and money by preventing or better managing mental health issues. The study of ancient psychological scripture, such as Patanjali Yoga Sutras, helps us understand the functionality of the mind and offers practical formulas to regulate our breath and mind.

    Since 2009, I have been practicing mind cultivation techniques based on these sutras, which have helped me to calm, focus, and declutter my mind, transforming my life. I believe that if you learn and practice these techniques, you can also save your mental health and help others.

    This book is the culmination of my 14 years of observation and provides proven methods to raise awareness about the mind and mental health. I highly recommend that you keep a notebook handy to jot down key points that resonate with you.
