If you have answered Yes for the majority; This guide can be very useful for you, beyond 'healing yourself as if by magic' it can be a watershed for your healing, because you will know more thoroughly how it works. Anxiety and fears can manifest themselves in a wide range of ways. An anxious individual with fear or anxiety can feel tachycardia, fear in social situations (surrounded by people), catastrophic thoughts about the future, and even avoid places that can cause fear.
Some of the most common symptoms of this problem are constant mood swings, tremors, repeated doubts, panic. Some people who have this problem may present sudden anxiety episodes when they encounter triggers such as traveling by plane, the dark, or a certain animal. While other people just have constant anxiety without anything apparently triggering it.
In the hectic life in which we currently live, millions suffer from this disease. Some specialists maintain that at least five out of ten are or will suffer from anxiety symptoms in the coming years. While other studies carried out by the WHO, affirm that of every 3 men at least 6 women have had or will have moderate to chronic anxiety at some point in their lives.
The consequences of suffering from this generalized disorder can be many. Added to the discomfort it causes . Many times this is complicated by pictures of depression, drug abuse, and alcohol. And in others it prevents them from achieving a good job performance, finishing a career or
