Textile manufacturing is a major industry . It is largely based on the conversion of fiber into yarn , then yarn into fabric. These are then dyed or printed, fabricated into cloth which is then converted into useful goods such as clothing, household items, and industrial products. The young man Liam Smith owns a textile factory in South Florida that he inherited from his father. He also inherited ‘Smith lending company’, a financial institution that lends money to a corporate or an individual borrower with the expectation that the money will be repaid at a later date. The lending company requires borrowers to pay interest on the amount borrowed, usually charged at a specific percentage of the total amount of loan. Smith lending company also deals with home equity loans. For some borrowers who have trouble qualifying for a business loan, the obvious alternative is to get a personal loan. One of the more common ways to do that is by borrowing against the collateral of one’s home and injecting the money into his company. Because these were secured loans, the borrower can take out a line of credit at remarkably low rates if he had a good credit score and sufficient equity in his home. But there are some serious risks, should he default on the loan, he’s putting his home in jeopardy.
In his father’s life Liam didn’t care about the factory or the Smith lending company, because he was immersed in his hobbies that he loved so much – dancing and bodybuilding. Dancing has been a special part of his life since he was a little boy. Dancing makes him happy. When he dances, he connects with music that affects his body, his thoughts and his mind. His dream was to be a famous dancer like Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly.
Besides dancing, he took interest in bodybuilding. His interest in bodybuilding started during his senior year in high school. He read a lot about world champions and admired the world’s bodybuilding legend Steve Reeves and wished to be like him. He wanted to get his body to Steve Reeves’ standards; they were the best standards for the body of a bodybuilding champion. Reeves built a balanced physique that inspired all the bodybuilders who came after him. Liam followed Steve Reeves workout routine and was able to build a balanced physique. He believed that enormous muscles have no value without harmony between them. Coordination is not only physical harmony, but must achieve a harmonious balance between mind and body.
Training hard, Liam was determined to become the greatest bodybuilder in the world and this meant winning a coveted Mr. Olympia title established in 1965 and still running today. This annual competition sees the best professional bodybuilders from all over the world.
Liam became famous for his hilariously intense training exercises, which pushed every last muscle in his body to the limit. Between 2013 and 2019, he competed in 6 Mr. Olympia events, usually placing high in the top ten. In 2019 he came second, thus announcing that he was close to winning the championship when he applies for it next year.
Liam also participated in a lot of dance competitions with his girlfriend Ava who was also fond of dancing, and won together many of these competitions.
Men admired Liam for his courteous manners and because he belonged to a dignified rich family. Women loved him for the perfection of his body and the beautiful features of his face. His graceful movements on the dance floor captivated their hearts and they looked at him mutely and ardently as if consumed by an unspeakable longing.
Now Liam owns a textile factory that needs care, but he was busy dancing and showing muscles in competitions until his mother blamed him saying: Your father died and left the factory for you to continue the journey. Stop wasting time on things that don’t make a living and pay attention to your father’s legacy? Be concerned with the affairs of the family; the factory is our source of livelihood.
Liam took his mother’s advice into consideration and reluctantly went to the factory. In his spare time, he danced in studios and exercised in the gym three times a week.
Liam doesn’t like failure. Bodybuilders are characterized by patience and hard work to reach their goal. Liam decided to succeed in his new mission to continue the journey that his father started. He knew he had to learn a lot in the textile industry.
Liam indulged in work to his ears. As an owner of the factory he had to achieve the factory’s long term and short-term business plans by providing leadership and strategic direction. He had to effectively manage textile operations, financial and techno-commercial activities, strategy planning and team management. He found himself primarily concerned with the design, production and distribution of yarn, cloth and clothing, yarn dyeing, weaving and processing. He had to do costing and pricing and also to execute the orders perfectly as per the costing and pricing. He was able to establish quality and achieve profitability of operations through production planning and cost control.
Weeks and months have passed during which the factory has made great profits. The more profits increased, Liam became more immersed in work until he felt exhausted and began to think about taking a long vacation away from the noise of the factory and board meetings.
Nothing soothes the soul quiet like a walk along the beach. He missed the sea and its breeze. Living near the sea lift his mood, reduce stress and distract his mind from worries. He bought a house on the beach. The house was white in color, it looked calm and clean, but it was not furnished, Liam decided to furnish it with the top luxury fashion brands from one of the best furnishing houses.

He Knocked on the door of the manager of a home interior design company. He heard a woman’s voice saying: Come in.
He opened the door and saw a woman with midnight black hair sitting at her desk. Her statuesque face was lovely and easy on the eyes. She wore a straight-leg blue jean and a leather jacket. She looked casual but professional. A slight smile spread across her lips when she saw Liam entering her office. She knew him at first glance, he was famous for his championships in bodybuilding and dancing.
He stood at the door tall and broad shouldered in his Italian blue blazer and soft gray pants. He said: Hello I am…
She interrupted saying: Hello Mr. Liam It’s an honor for me to have you come to my office today.
Oh, you know my name!
Of course, who doesn’t.
She didn’t get up to welcome him, she shook hands with him while she was sitting.
She introduced herself to him: Maya Taylor owner of Chic Interior Design Company.
Designing a space can feel like a major undertaking.
He said as he took a seat for himself.
Perhaps you have a vision, but you’re not sure where to start or how to bring it all together. Or maybe you don’t have any idea of what you want. Either way, it might be worth hiring a professionally trained interior designer to help you identify what you’re looking for.
I had to find a reliable and skilled interior designer, to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. I asked local friends, real estate agents, tile and paint stores for leads. They all agreed that your company is the best in the area.
Thank you for your appreciation. Over the past years my company has implemented many successful projects on more than one scale.
