    Essential fatty acids

Countless tissues in human body are composed of copious membranes. As a matter of fact, all cells are limited by one.

Main constituent of those are lipids.

Nutrition in modern society is deficient in essential fatty acids. Since half a century physicians recommend Olive Oil.

This one contains mainly mono-unsaturated fats, and a small amount of Omega 9, but no 3 and 6.

For Omega 3 you need Linen Oil, possibly cold-pressed, and for Omega 6 Safflower Oil. Last one is a small cactus and there is no way to extract fat from it without heating. Sunflower and Colza oil contain both acids, but to variable proportions.

Supplementation of those products can prevent many diseases. Last concern organs with long cells and extensive amounts of membranes.

Following a trigger, disorder superimposes on mentioned deficit. First is variable. For arterial dissections it is traumatic.

Thus, for instance, Porphyromonas gingivalis of dental plaque is associated with coronary heart infarction and is responsible for atherosclerosis.

As all liquids in the body in inappropriate location tend to be resorbed, we can hope that such a treatment could help also reversing illnesses.

As for instance, in dissection of vertebral artery, which is a very delicate issue, we do not apply for the moment other therapy than Aspirin, with full success in many cases.

I recommend Linen and Safflower oil, at least three teaspoons each daily.

In case of non -availability or intolerance one can resort to colza, or sunflower oils, possibly cold-pressed.

They both contain Omegas 3 and 6.

Add it to salad and vegetables to ease absorption!

Body fat is considered as an organ all by itself. Communication between individual cells needs EFA, and especially Omega 7.

This one is contained with highest concentration in Macadamia nuts and Sea Buckthorn Oils.

    Fish contains Omega 3,
