Sylvie Moisan has been a professional hypnosis practitioner since 2005. She studied at the University of Montreal and then followed a three-year practical training in psychotherapy. At the same time, she took a complete training in hypnosis during which she had the opportunity to test the effectiveness of this technique. These pedagogical and practical experiences led her to co-found the Académie d’hypnose thérapeutique du Québec with Ginette Plante in 2007. In this context, they have co-authored more than 450 hypnotic texts and 10 distance learning courses.

For more than 20 years, Sylvie Moisan has also accompanied all those who wish to move towards well-being and freedom of action, in accordance with their deepest identity.
