    Teams usually comprise multi-talented individuals with the right skills and expertise to deliver results. It involves making sound decisions, establishing achievable goals, articulating a clear vision, and providing followers or team members with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve the desired goals. In this regard, leadership can be viewed in several ways:

    The process of social influence maximizes the efforts of followers or team members toward achieving a goal.

    The action of leading others in a group, team, or organization.

    The act of influencing others to follow you.
