Teams usually comprise multi-talented individuals with the right skills and expertise to deliver results. While everyone can work on their own to achieve their deliverables, the team's success will need someone to coordinate the activities of the team members. WHAT IS LEADERSHIP?

Leadership is the ability of an individual to influence and guide followers in an organization. It involves making sound decisions, establishing achievable goals, articulating a clear vision, and providing followers or team members with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve the desired goals. In this regard, leadership can be viewed in several ways:

The process of social influence maximizes the efforts of followers or team members toward achieving a goal.

The action of leading others in a group, team, or organization.

The act of influencing others to follow you.
