About this ebook

Conventional psychology has made very little progress in treating mental disorders. Sigmund Freud showed us the vast depth of the subconscious; however, he and his successors had little success in actually curing disorders. Currently, the mainstay of psychiatric therapy is through medications, which broadly and relatively indiscriminately numbs the brain, with many unintended side effects. The main motivation for this book was the incredible effectiveness of the techniques we’ve developed in treating various mental disorders including depression, anxiety, neurosis, insomnia, etc. Our motivation also is due to many of our patients who urged us to use this medium to spread our techniques quickly so many more people may benefit from it. The success rate has been incredible, with certain disorders reaching a 100 percent cure rate. Our techniques were founded through years of treating real patients and the feedback we received during this process. From this, we discovered a deeper understanding of how the mind functions and hence how to influence it in any desired direction. Many people were cured of various mental disorders using the techniques in this book. Many of their testimonials are included in this book.

    Preface

Almost one hundred years ago, Sigmund Freud, the father of modern psychology, discovered that the vast majority of all mental processes, which govern the thoughts and actions of all human beings, are completely outside of our awareness, hence discovering the subconscious and its dominance over the conscious. Subsequently, he and his successors attempted to manipulate the subconscious in the effort to cure various abnormal subconscious states such as depression, mania, phobias, personality disorders, etc., by using hypnosis, psychoanalysis, and medications, however with very limited results.

We believe we have found a deeper understanding of the subconscious. We obtained this new understanding of the mind through helping real people with real mental illnesses over the span of many years, as well as through personal experience with battling our own maladaptive subconscious states. The main discoveries include the discrete nature of subconscious state changes, as well as how to influence the subconscious states in the direction we desire, thereby reversing the mental disorders. A key difference between our method and Freud’s method is that there is no need to figure out what originally caused the disorder; there’s no need to analyze your past. We simply take whatever subconscious state you are currently in and push it in the desired direction. What also sets our method apart from past and current methods is that our success rate is incredibly high. We have already cured many people with various mental ailments. We will discuss our Theory of Subconscious State Manipulation in the following and include various case studies of successful cures.

A national survey conducted by The American Psychological Association in 2010 shows that 24 percent of adults experience high levels of stress and 51 percent experienced moderate stress levels in the past year.

Also Martin Seligman’s keynote in 2015 shows that a national survey across 51 universities and 28,237 college students found that:

    • 12.1% treated for Anxiety in past 12 months

    • 10.6% treated for Depression in past 12 months

    • 5.7% Psychiatric treatment in past 12 months

    • 85.2% felt overwhelmed by all they had to do

    • 49.9% felt overwhelming anxiety

    • 32.9% felt overwhelming anger

    • 29.5% felt so depressed that is was difficult to function

    • 6.9% seriously considered suicide

    • 5.5% engaged in SHB (Cut, burned, hit until bruised, etc)

    • 1.2% attempted suicide

Given the high prevalence of mental ailments in our current society due to the increasing demands on our minds and bodies, we challenge the readers to put our methods into practice immediately to rapidly cure the various abnormal subconscious states that so many are suffering from so that they can finally live happy and fulfilling lives.

Here we sincerely thank all our patients who wrote testimony articles. Their articles will greatly boost readers’ belief in the Theory of Subconscious State Manipulation and Methods, and will greatly encourage readers to put our theory and methods into practice such that they can rapidly cure the various abnormal subconscious states that so many are suffering from so that they can finally live happy and fulfilling lives.

    Part One

    Theory of Subconscious

    1

The Theory of Subconscious State Manipulation

There are two parts to the theory:

Part 1: The Discrete Nature of Subconscious State Change (Boiling Water Analogy)

Our subconscious states, such as our personality, mood, behavior, and urges, are qualitative in nature, in that they are the manifestation of many tiny quantitative subconscious changes. In other words, changes of our subconscious state (i.e., qualitative change) are actually the result of the accumulation of many small subconscious changes (i.e., quantitative changes), and the changes of our subconscious state occurs in a discrete fashion. In other words, the qualitative change occurs only when enough quantitative changes have accumulated, just like the way water behaves when we attempt to boil it. It behaves in an all or nothing way and the change occurs instantaneously when a critical threshold is reached. When boiling water, heat is constantly being added; however, it is only when the accumulated heat causes the temperature to become one hundred degrees Celsius that the water boils. Prior to one hundred degrees, even though we know changes are in fact occurring at the molecular level (i.e., quantitative changes), there are no apparent changes to the water that can be noticed with our eyes (i.e., qualitative changes). Therefore, there appears to be a delayed reaction to adding heat. We all have patience and faith that water will eventually boil because we were taught this by our parents when we were young and have witnessed it occur consistently countless times with our own eyes. However, because most people are not cognizant of the similarity of our mental processes to that of boiling water, this same delayed reaction causes people to feel that influencing subconscious state change is very difficult or even outright impossible. The same patience and faith need be applied to subconscious state change. This aspect of our theory needs to be emphasized the most in its importance as most people fail because they will have a long period of time with no results due to the discrete nature of subconscious state change, and hence give up before reaching the critical threshold of accumulated quantitative subconscious changes needed to generate the qualitative change.

    Part 2: Positive Energy

To influence change in our subconscious state (i.e., qualitative change) our goal must be to influence the subconscious processes (i.e. quantitative change) so that enough will accumulate to cause a state change. For each undesired subconscious state (e.g., worry, anxiety, various
