About this ebook

Have you ever wondered if there is more to life then we can see? Are there really other dimensions within our world? If so, who or what resides there? Do angels and demons truly exist? If so, where are they, and how do they function in our world? What does the Bible say about angels and demons? Is there a biblical mystery that has been overlooked? Lost and Found-My Journey to a Saved Soul will answer these questions and more through uncovering one of the mysteries that has been hidden since the fall of mankind. This mystery is broken down through God given biblical revelation regarding the unseen world. This mystery became a living reality when Michelle Damico and her husband, Chris Damico, entered into the unseen realm on a forty-day journey. They had experienced firsthand what it was like to function within another dimension, also known as the spirit world. It was through, unknowingly, opening a door into forms of witchcraft that entered them into the spirit realm, being led to a shaman and tricked into a ritual that they believed was a marital ceremony. This led to her mother being spiritually attacked, therefore, triggering a subarachnoid hemorrhage and her mother's near-death experience; Michelle's husband's possession and cry to be institutionalized; and her children being attacked by spirits that desired to possess their soul. Their home was overpowered with evil and deep darkness, and there was nobody they could turn to but Jesus. All glory and honor to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for delivering us out of the darkness and into his marvelous light. Giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints (God's people) in the Light. For He has rescued us and has drawn us to Himself from the dominion of darkness, and has transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption [because of His sacrifice, resulting in] the forgiveness of our sins [and the cancellation of sins' penalty]. He is the exact living image [the essential manifestation] of the unseen God [the visible representation of the invisible], the firstborn [the preeminent one, the sovereign, and the originator] of all creation. -Colossians 1:12-15 (AMP)

Lost and Found - Michelle Marie Damico

    The Triad God

The first biblical teaching that was put in my heart to share is regarding God’s identity, The triad God is God our father, His son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. The triad is one God existing in three Persons. The Bible teaches that the Father is God, that Jesus is God, and that the Holy Spirit is God, but this does not in any way signify three Gods. We use the word trinity or triune to attempt to describe God’s coexistent, coeternal Persons who make up God; therefore, each member of the Trinity is God. All are equally omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent, eternal, and unchanging, but each one has unique functions.

Here are a few definitions to help us grasp Gods power, knowledge, and presence or another words, the nature of God.

Omniscient is the ability to know everything that there is to know. Meaning, God is all-knowing in the sense that he is aware of the past, present, and future.

He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name. Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit. Psalm 147:4-5 NIV

God knows our very thoughts, even before we speak them forth. "You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD. Psalm 139:4 NLT.

O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do. Psalm 139:1-3 NLT

You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Psalm 139; 15-16 NLT

Omnipotent is the quality of having unlimited power, which means God is not subject to physical limitations like man is. God’s power is infinite, or limitless.

God’s power is unlimited. He needs no teachers to guide or correct him. Job 36:22-24 CEV

I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 1:18-20 NLT

And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. Revelation 19:6 KJV

Omnipresent is the property of being present everywhere - This term means that God is capable of being everywhere at the same time. It means his divine presence covers the universe. He fills heaven and earth and nobody can hide from Him. There are no secret places where He is excluded.

Am I a God who is only close at hand? says the Lord. No, I am far away at the same time. Can anyone hide from me in a secret place? Am I not everywhere in all the heavens and earth? says the Lord. Jeremiah 23:23-24 NLT

The eyes of the LORD are in every place, Watching the evil and the good Proverbs 15:3 NASB

But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain You, how much less this house which I have built 1 Kings 8:27 ESV

He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together Colossians 1:17 NIV

The following scriptures explain that God is the Father:

To all who are in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. (Rom. 1:7, NKJV)

Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal. (John 6:27, ESVUK)

Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ (1 Pet. 1:2, NKJV)

Yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live. (1 Cor. 8:6, NKJV)

The following scriptures explain that God is the Son:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:1, 14 NKJV)

Jesus said, I and the Father are One [in essence and nature]. (John 10:30, AMP)

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life. (1 John 5:20, ESV)

Thomas said to Him, My Lord and my God! (John 20:28 NIV)

This is what the Lord says, Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord Almighty: I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God. (Isa. 44:6, NIV)

Jesus said to him, Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. (John 14:9–11, NKJV)

The following scriptures explain God is the Holy Spirit:

Then Peter said, Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land? Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God. (Acts 5:3–4, NIV)

Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? (1 Cor. 3:16, NIV)

These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. (1 Cor. 2:10-11, NIV)

In conclusion, 1 John 5:7–8 (NKJV) makes it clear, For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.

The word Word in that scripture is Jesus prior to having an earthly body as seen in John 1:14 (NLT), So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son. It is important that you understand the Trinity is not three people called God, but rather a way of saying God eternally exists in three personally distinct ways. Scriptures declare that there is only one God, Who is eternally (past, present, and future) manifested and revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Father—coexistent, coeternal, and coequal with the Son and the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator and Giver of life. He is God revealed as Father in creation.

You are My witnesses, says the Lord, And My servant whom I have chosen, That you may know and believe Me, And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, nor shall there be after Me. (Isa. 43:10, NKJV)

Do not fear, nor be afraid; have I not told you from that time, and declared it? You are My witnesses. Is there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no other Rock; I know not one. (Isa. 44:8, NKJV)

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16, NKJV)

God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. (John 4:24, NKJV)

The Son—coexistent, coeternal, and coequal with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin named Mary. Jesus took upon Himself the form of a man and knew beforehand that He would be the last and ultimate sacrifice for mankind. His sacrifice would be the final atonement and reconciliation between God and man. This was possible because Jesus was sinless and the only one who, through being sinless, could take our sin punishments on the cross. God poured out His wrath on Him who had no sin for you and me. In 1 Peter 2:24 (NLT) it says, He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed. Now that Jesus bore our punishment, we are spotless in God’s eyes as He sees His Son in us. Jesus arose on the third day and ascended unto heaven; there He sits on the right hand of the Father, where He ever lives to make intercession for us. He is God revealed as the Son in redemption.

In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him and nothing was created except through him. (John 1:1–3, NLT)

Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel, which is translated, God with us. (Matt. 1:23, NKJV)

For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus. (1 Tim. 2:5, NKJV)

For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. (Eph. 2:18, NKJV)

Who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in Heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:6–11, NKJV)

The Holy Spirit—coexistent, coeternal, and coequal with the Father and the Son. He was sent by the Father through the Son, He reproves the world of sin, prepares the church for Christ’s return, and empowers the believer to follow the Lord. He is God revealed as Holy Spirit in regeneration.

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. (John 14:26, NKJV)

But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me. (John 15:26, NKJV)

And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. (John 16:8, NKJV)

In many cultures throughout the world, there has been many doctrines taught, and each individual has formed what they believe to be the truth of who or what God is. Christianity is the only faith that offers a savior and a way of reconciliation back to God. God prepared His Son Jesus, to be a sacrifice for our sins before the foundations of the earth were laid.

But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you. (1 Pet. 1:19–20, NKJV)

Blessed and worthy of praise be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ, just as [in His love] He chose us in Christ [actually selected us for Himself as His own] before the foundation of the world, so that we would be holy [that is, consecrated, set apart for Him, purpose-driven] and blameless in His sight. In love. (Eph. 1:3–4, AMP)

Those scriptures are a beautiful truth and comfort to all who believe in Jesus Christ. God foreknew that sin would enter the world through the sin of one man, Adam. God predestined His Son Jesus to become a living sacrifice as His redemptive plan for mankind.

One question I hear often is, Why would God allow Adam to sin in the first place and not stop him? This question can be answered and explained through a scripture found in Genesis. Genesis 2:16 (NKJV) And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; then in the following scripture we see God putting a restriction in the garden. Verse 17 reads, But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die." God placed a restriction on what they could eat and therefore Adam and Eve had a choice to live or die. This confirmed that God had given man free choice since the beginning of His creation.

Based off those scriptures, I believe that free will was just another way of saying that Adam and Eve had the ability to make their own choices. Their choices would require reasoning, and their reasoning would require them to have knowledge. Not only would their choices require knowledge, but it would require them to have knowledge of more than one option. In conclusion, free will is actually a process in which man is given options and the knowledge of what the consequences are will be based on the choice they make. If God gave Adam and Eve the choice to choose freely in the garden but then stopped them from eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, then there was never a choice to begin with.

Adam was free to choose life or death, just as we too, have to choose life or death. God warns us through His word what not to do but allows us to choose to reverence His word or reject it. We have a choice to walk through the door of one of the given alternatives—such as receiving God’s gift of salvation, Jesus Christ, or turning away from Him and continuing to live in our sinful nature and reap the consequences, which is eternal separation from God! It all boils down to understanding that God gives us choices in this life. He then gives us the absolute free will to choose the path of life we desire. God does not present these choices with spite but out of his sincere desire to make it possible for us to live as true people of God. We have no freedom unless we are free to make our own choices in life.

    Teaching 2

    The Triad Human

It is nearly impossible to understand the Christian doctrine of immortality apart from the right conception of the triad nature of mankind. There are many worldly views of what mankind is made up of, but there is only one truth found in the Bible. There has been a lot of debate on whether there is both, a soul and a spirit, or just one or the other. According to the Bible, we are first and foremost a spirit who has a soul and lives in a body.

If God is triune and we were made in His image, then it makes sense that we too would be a triad being. Mankind is a triune being according to Genesis 1:26–27 (NKJV). And God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness. God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Just as God is three parts (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), mankind is also three parts (body, soul, and spirit).

This can be hard for us to comprehend because God is Spirit. He is an invisible Spirit Being. If Scripture tells us that God is Spirit and then tells us that He created us in Him image, to humans, that doesn’t make much sense. We can’t make an image out of something that is invisible, yet God made mankind in His image. We have a body that we can see; therefore, we are
