About this ebook

Many are called, but few are chosen. This book is for the ones that have been fought against since the day they were born. Our heavenly Father has chosen us; we did not choose Him. He chose us first to do a great work, and people hate that it was not them.

We are all called to do something in life, so there is no need to be jealous of someone else's purpose. Some just happen to be so distracted by yours that they can't concentrate on theirs. That's because they don't want you to arrive to where God wants you to be and they do not want you to outdo them.

Yes, the devil will send people to see what you are up to; but keep your mouth shut, and keep a tight ring on it. The less you say to people, the better. Just let them see the finished work, when it's finished, not before its time.

And even if you mess up, God still can restore you--your mess, He can turn into a message. Don't worry about family and friends, and keep striving to do your best. No matter who says you can't, who are people to say that you can't? They are not God, so please remember that.

Let them curse, but You bless; When they arise, let them be ashamed, But let Your servant rejoice. (Ps. 109:28 NKJV)

Our enemies can curse us; but we are blessed because we are the servants of Abba Father, who continues to move for us.

    Introduction

There’s one that knows your purpose and desires the best for you, and that is God. He’s the one that’s constantly tapping into your purpose, and it’s the devil’s job to prevent us from advancing. God has had a great plan for our lives from the beginning, when we were in our mother’s womb. He saw the greatest already when we came out. He was looking down and was smiling at His chosen. The devil knows who you are; but if you don’t tap into God, then you will never know, and the devil will walk all over you. This is especially true if you call yourself a Christian but are lukewarm. This was me; I did not see who I was, and I had too much baggage that I should not have been carrying,

Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matt. 11:28–30 KJV)

I was called, but I did not surrender my life to Him because I thought I was ready when I was not. Don’t take this step if this is not what you want. I don’t care if you’re called. Let no one pressure you into it if you’re not ready because you will go back into the world, and you will be laughed at when you do this. So know for sure if this is what you want. You have to know that you know God is a gentleman; no force is behind that because He wants you to be a willing and able body that comes to him because you desire a real relationship, not the garbage in the streets that kills you.

Some want everything, and that’s wrong. When it comes to right living, no one wants to hear that; but if it’s anything else, it’s like, Please tell me all the stuff I don’t need to listen to. He tells us that we can come to Him anytime. Who else can take the time to show us so much love that most of us have wanted since we were little children? We don’t have to worry about anything when we can run (not walk). But do we truly want God?

We can’t get ourselves right. I have heard a lot of people say this: When I get myself together one day, then I will come. When I am ready. But you don’t know when it will be your last day. So let Jesus get you right, and commit your way to Him.

We get into a relationship, and we give everything to them; but when it comes to God, we want to give Him half of ourselves. When this relationship or friendship doesn’t work, we cry out to God when we should have asked Him first, but we don’t. When it goes wrong, we blame Him for not listening. This was me. I did not ask because I knew the answer: He’s not going to say yes because it was wrong. So why do we expect God to do this?

The devil’s goal is to kill everything before you reach it. He has killed many before they come into knowledge of who God is, especially the youth because no teenager wants to listen—not at all but some wait until it’s too late. I am alive because of God’s hand on me. I should have been dead a long time ago, but I give Him glory and honor for not letting me go all. Praise goes to the Most High! I thank Him every day. I will continue to lift up the I Am.

I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will thy name for ever and ever. Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable. (Psalm 145:1–3 KJV)

Some don’t want to follow Jesus because they don’t want to do the small things, and it’s not that much: he wants us to worship, read the Bible for ourselves, pray, and fast. But I am not knocking anyone about this because I am not that good at this. Rather it being a requirement, we should want to do it or not. It’s just like going to our job. You don’t want to go, but how are you going to pay your bills? You do it.

Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved. (Matt. 9:17 KJV)

This is not hard. Some just make it hard because it’s not fun for them. Because you have to obey His laws and come out of the oldness and let the newness take charge. We can’t keep the old and think that something good is going to come out of this. We have to despise what was and get into what is.

We basically do everything the devil wants us to do without questioning him, but we constantly ask God, Why? Well, why not, especially for the One that saved your life? We call on Him to get us out of the miserable state that we were in. The devil does not want anyone to succeed because he himself did not succeed. He could have if he did not think that he was God. No other god can stand a chance with the wonderful, all-knowing, mighty God; our everlasting Father; the Prince of peace. He has preserved our life and has given us everything. He has forgiven us; and He protects, heals, and delivers us. Who else can do this?

The devil’s not going to protect you because he wants to kill you and take everything away from you. He stays in God’s face all day long with your name in his mouth. For someone that doesn’t like you, the devil keeps bringing up your name to the forefront so that you would think he likes you. No one puts that kind of effort in anything if they did not see something in you. He can tell God all about you, but He knows what is in His children. That’s why we are supposed to come to Him daily, ask for forgiveness, and also take our bath in the Word. Before the devil puts his two cents in.

Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. (Ps. 51:2–3 KJV)

We have to know ourselves, come to the Almighty, and ask for help. No matter what sin it is, draw near so that He can cleanse you, and you will be set free. But we have to want it for ourselves. It is also a process—we will get delivered little by little—and it’s about constantly feeding our spirit. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Without the Word, the demon will come back into your home.

We have to be by ourselves so that God can take us farther than we can imagine. When we are called, it is a lonely walk. But to have Jesus—to have a man that lay down His life for us—is a blessing. His plan is the best for us. Sometimes we just don’t realize that He has us. He puts up with things that people don’t, so we have a good choice here. Jesus is the Man!

It’s just like when people get into a relationship. After the person is gone, they realize how that was the only person who tolerated what they were doing, but it’s too late. However, when it comes down to Jesus, it’s never a problem because He’s willing to take us with all of our flaws and mistakes that we will make. I am not saying that He won’t chasten us, but you can’t go wrong when you truly accept Him.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord thoughts of peace, and not of evil to give you an expected end. (Jer. 29:11 KJV)

This scripture makes me feel that God will keep us on His mind. He always has good thoughts about us from the beginning, like not allowing us to be put us in harm’s way. Like most individuals say, they care but are also the very ones that will hurt us without a second thought. This goes back to the beginning with Abel and Cain.

Cain did not like the fact that God favored Abel. Like most families, there’s always someone that God will pick out. The only thing about this is that it will bring about jealousy, and it will lead up to hatred then death, in most cases. Jealousy is from the devil because he hates when people get together and are happy. This is not what he wants us to do; the devil loves when we have quarrels, and his main goal is division from one another.

A lot of this is going on in the church because some of our brothers and sisters are so against one another because of their gifts. It’s sad but some are not going to be satisfied. We let the devil have us fighting over nothing, but a lot of this is because the devil comes and sits right in the church to cause confusion. Sometimes, some aid and assist him because they want their brownie points with the devil, and they play into this. The truth is the devil does not care about anything but how many will be in hell with him.

God looks at the heart, and he saw the intentions of Cain. We cannot twist His arm to make Him accept anything from us. We cannot rush what He’s doing because He’s going to do it on His time, not ours. I know it’s hard, but we just need to have patience and wait. I know. I get frustrated too. But He does not hold out on us. It will be just right when we receive it from God.

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord. (Ps. 27:14 KJV)

Be still in presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. (Ps. 37:7 NLT)

    Waiting can be hard, but
