About this ebook

In this book "" Searching Through Life ~ Sacrifice Unto Me ~ Giving Up Sin To Have Faith To Dream Again, this book will let you see a side of yourself that you probably never notice. This book will give you a chance to make that change. Just give God a chance. You can be encouraged with the power words of God by reading His word becoming stronger, not only for yourself, but for your family, friends, co-workers, or who ever you come in contact with. God wants to share His life with everyone in the world. We can be in the pit of life, but we don't have to stay there. God wants to give us life, and want us to prosper. Can't you just see yourself, living a different life, doing the things God wants you to do. So take this time to thank Him, and give him some praise. In the chapter, A Sinful See, I talk about the five tips to remember if we are afrai9d about how the world is going. He's about to give us peace. Let me tell you what the bible says. While writing this, I referred to the Bible. Here is another way of what I'm talking about. In (Psalm 27) the Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life, whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. You are not lone many are seeking the answer to the confusion, the sickness, the Spiritual Battle that oppresses the world. For years many have been running form what should be running to. This is a very easy reading book. Our daily newspapers give us reports of corruption in high places. We are the most informed people in the history of civilization and yet the most confused. We can't forget the paths of fame and fortune, of pleasure and power. We are like children at times. We forget who God is, so we try anything. If we are going to be serious about walking with God, we have to understand who He is who we are in the light of Him. Knowledge is power, with that we are on the right path. You can start today and read this book, and let God lead you in the right path. Some say I have time to do their own thing, but God wants us to come to him today. I thank you taking the time to read this book. God Bless You. Rev. Clarence Hagger

Searching Through Life~Sacrifice Unto Me~Giving Up Sin To Have Faith To Dream Again - Clarence Hagger

Iwas born on March 11, 1953, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. We lived on my grandmother’s property.

My grandmother had all of us going to church. She was a praying mother. I was taught to pray and bless my food and tell God thank you before we eat.

I did not have no idea that my life was under prays then. I am glad to this day that I obeyed my family.

I still went about my life as a young man going to school. My father was a hardworking man. He taught me that a man should work for a living. I can’t remember the year we left Lake Charles, Louisiana, to move to Portland, Oregon.

We never stop praying. We started going to New Hope Baptist Church. Life started getting better for our family. I was growing into the man that my parents were happy about.

With me growing up were four brothers and one sister: Darrell, Danny, Lynn, Craig, and Keith. We all played a part in helping keeping the house clean and the yard cut.

As kids, we had to trust and obey our parents. They trusted and obeyed God. They were plugged into God every day.

We were never hungry or without clothes. So as a kid growing up, we went about with joy playing with our friends.

Life was good then, and now growing up as a man, I became a father like my dad was a hardworking man. My family depended on me like I depended on my mother and father.

I considered the abilities of God, who gave me the strength that I needed every day, because some of those days I didn’t feel like working.

My parents never talked about Satan wanting to destroy our lives. I found out the hard way how Satan can make life bad. Hearing all the time about how good God is, that alone made me believe that God is all powerful. Sure, Satan has some power, but God is all wise. He and Him alone is able to save us from all sins. In this day and time, we all need God’s power in us each and every day just to get through life.

There are consequences of our sins. We have to crucify our flesh each one every day. Those sins that we love are hard to stop. We have some that brings in money.

We can speak the truth, but we can act out the truth. In our minds, sometimes we are always right. In our understanding of who Christ is, we can learn that we can become stranger. From my experience, the consequences of my sin, I became homeless in Seattle and Portland, and family and friends didn’t want anything to do with me. It’s like my flesh was hungry for my sin every day. There were times I had to do wrong to feed my flesh.

You wake up every morning walking the streets to find someone whose flesh was hungry like yours. You
