    Life's Expressions - Rose Chance

    A Flower Grows from a Seed

    (February 25, 2017)

    My seed is your pen or writing instrument to bring your thoughts together on poster board or paper in work or pictures. It’s to tell a story to get a point across. It can bring back a memory, good or not. It causes you to think, making those brain juices to flow.

    Every time I look at this creation you have drawn for me, I am reminded that you play a role in changing hearts and minds. It’s your creativity that makes you, you! One and only original you.

    To my grandson!

    Life

    As a flower blooms, it does nothing of itself. It needs God’s attention from the planting of the seed to the building of the petal. It’s the giver of life that it depends on and trusts in, the one that gives life.

    It’s in God we live, in God we move, in him we have our being. He gives us sunshine in our darkest hour—he makes us smile when we think there’s no way out.

    He made us, he knows us; we are made in his image.

    There are no secrets hidden from him. We are open books before him daily.

    Hot Days of Summer

    Iced tea, lemonade, ice cream—anything cool will do;

    while walking in the hot sun from morning to noon.

    Waiting for a breeze to blow through
