About this ebook

79My story begins, where else, but at the beginning when prayer became the essential foundation of a young Prayer Warrior Princess's life. The Prayer Warrior Princess's life elevated her into the presence of God through faith, and more prayer. She was privileged to have the Father explain deep truths about her identity as a child of the King of Kings.Growing up on a farm in the late 1950s, the author was surrounded by many family members, including her siblings and her parents. From birth, her parents believed there was a special significance about her life. It seemed to be anointed and gifted in a manner reminiscent of the young boy, King David. Both of her parents recognized and nurtured her anointing, but it was her father who motivated her the most. He would give her encouragement that she was one God was using and would use for a noteworthy purpose. Although he could not tell her how or when it would happen, they both knew that God would reveal his purpose for her life at a Kairos moment—just the right time. The Prayer Warrior Princess and her father saw evidence of how her faith in God's Word activated, advocated and called her to action as she spoke to others, causing their faith in God to increase. There would be many spiritual witnesses to the miraculous signs and wonders that followed her from birth throughout her childhood. The purpose of this book is to tell the story of how God came to the young Prayer Princess and transformed her way of thinking. Without faith in God, and prayer, she would not have made it to where she is today. Prayerfully, it is my deepest wish that millions will read this book and draw much joy and insight from it. This book was written, not only as a testament of my prayer journey, but also as an inspiration to other faithful and gifted prayer warriors. I encourage you to continue to pray without ceasing (1 Thess. 5:16–18).

    Preface

Sallie: from the Hebrew Root Name, Sarah

    Meaning: Princess

    —Genesis 17:15

As a young child, I was rejected, neglected, discarded, unwanted, and abandoned. This is how I was treated by those who were entrusted by God to love and protect me. I cried out to God in prayer, and he heard me. He answered me. He carried me every step of my young life—and still does. This is my story—the story of a prayer princess growing up in immeasurable pain. This is the story of how I survived it all and became a prayer warrior in Christ from my youth. I am a chosen vessel of God.

Prayer is one of the first things my daddy taught me when I was very young. He said that prayer was the most important part of the beginning and ending of each day. My daddy said that it is a parent’s obligation to teach their children how to pray.

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. (Prov. 22:6)

I hope that by reading my story, you may realize some surprising discoveries about your own prayer life. I pray that your prayers are in the will of God—not evilly spoken, selfish, or self-centered prayers; not prayers that include only you and your family.

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. (1 John 5:14–15)

    Introduction

    Prayer Works!

Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I teach you the good and the right way: Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart; for consider how great things he hath done for you.

    —1 Samuel 12:23–24

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

    —Romans 8:28–31

Sallie, the Prayer Princess, is who I am. I am the vessel God chose at a very young age for spiritual, supernatural warfare through intercessory prayer on behalf of others, and me. To many, my story may seem somewhat strange and unbelievable, but to those that can believe in their heart the power of God that rested on a little girl that God chose to use as a vessel, it may be a blessing!

I was but a child when I heard and obeyed the voice of God. I was asleep, and the voice of God told me many things that caused my faith to go beyond what I was taught by my parents. He told me he heard my prayers, saw my faith to believe—to obey his instruction and to carry out his purpose by being a prayer warrior.

But without faith it is impossible to please him; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. (Heb. 11:6)

One of my assignments from God was, and is to this very moment, to stand in faith with his people in prayer to see the manifestation of God’s Word come to pass for our physical, spiritual, and emotional healing.

Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. (James 5:16)

There are true believers who struggle daily with familiar spirits that continuously haunt them even after they have given their lives to Christ. Unfortunately, some people have not come to understand their authority and power here on earth. They have not fully grasped the revelation that it is through the blood of Jesus that they are forgiven and have victory in him! The Bible assures us that the fervent prayers of a righteous person avail much.

This book was inspired and anointed by the unction of the Holy Spirit. I was led by the Holy Spirit to set this book apart for a godly purpose because of the anointing on it to bring understanding and empowerment to others about when they pray. It is my hope that when you finish reading this book you will have a Godly understanding about how you should pray, what you should pray for, when you should pray, why you should pray, and how important it is to pray, according to the Word of God. When you pray, you must believe that your prayers will be answered. You must be ready to listen to what the Lord says to you.

Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice. (Ps. 55:17)

So daily prayers have helped me survive every trial and struggle that I have endured in this present life. There was spiritual warfare between the messengers of Satan and the evil that
