Molly Leaving the Pen with Other Little Puppies
Chapter One
Molly as Puppy
Molly was born to a full-bred poodle, but her breeder did not know what breed the father dog was because Molly’s mother had gotten out of her fenced yard. The breeder decided to take Molly to the local Humane Society for adoption.
The Humane Society was happy to take Molly. Molly was the cutest little blond-haired, brown-eyed puppy they had ever seen. The volunteers said, We will have no trouble adopting Molly. She is special, maybe one of a kind.

One day, when all the little puppies lined up in front of the people sitting in the folding chairs, one man said, I want that little puppy.
It was Molly, and his name was Mike.
Suddenly, Molly’s life changed. Molly left all her little puppy friends to live with this human that wasn’t anything like all her little puppy friends. Mike did not have four legs or fur or a tail. Molly sat and looked at Mike wondering what was next.
While Molly was sitting watching Mike’s every move, Molly began to become comfortable with her surroundings. Molly noticed that many things were
