As much as I and my husband prayed, fasted, and searched for God’s intervention diligently in this season of barrenness, I would like to give thanks to God for strength and courage to staying firm during this test or trial if I may say. I would like to appreciate my daughter who really played a role in this journey without knowing, because she encouraged, made us laugh and always gave us a reason to keep hoping for another child. The things she would ask us to do for her, like playing at the park with her, shopping kids’ clothing’s with her, teaching her how to cook easy recipes, praying and fasting with her and just having a good time with her. Her desires as a child and our willingness to fulfil our duties as her parents, has immensely helped in taking away our stress regarding the situation we faced as a couple. Lastly, I appreciate every individual and servant of God that secretly prayed for us and openly gave us words of encouragement concerning this situation., God bless you all.

Dedication

I dedicate this book to all my children and all my generations to come. I also dedicate this book to wives, mums to be and those who are mothers already, as we can all learn something from one another. As we are living, knowing is every day so learning has no end.

Introduction

I’ve always wanted to give something back to God, especially whenever God blesses me, this included my desire for the fruit of the womb in my marriage. Therefore, I made a vow to God between 2019-2021. As I prayed and praised God in the shower, God spoke to me and gave me a revelation to create a platform. I received the name of this platform as I wrote this book, which will be called Heritage.

After, struggling with a final name for this vision, I received a confirmation from God, as I prayed around 12pm, Sunday 16th October 2022 about the vow I made to God to fulfil, if he blesses me with at least one child in my marriage. I was praying and asking God to provide for me regarding this vision of praying for married couples and mums dealing with infertility after dealing with my own experience of infertility and barrenness but conquered in my marriage. I said God if you don’t want me to do it or anything else that isn’t for your glory, show me a sign, provide for me, or remove me from that route.

Later during the day and just before church service, I came to assist my husband in frying his Kabs Luba dumplings and he opened YouTube on TV. Immediately my eyes saw a film titled ‘Heritage, then I thought oh ok. Furthermore, not less than 5 seconds, I saw another flyer that says ‘Heritage’, literally following the first flyer. At first, I didn’t see the second flyer with the same word but a different video. However, I looked closely again, I saw a well-known Congolese Pastor on the second flyer, where he speaks on a sermon about heritage.

Suddenly, I heard the spirit of God say, this is a sign for you to go ahead with it and I was so amazed that God heard my prayer and spoken to me in an unexpected way. The Holy Spirit literally reminded me of prayers I did at 12pm (16/10/22). If it was others or if I didn’t have spiritual eyes and strong prophetic insight, I wouldn’t have seen what was on the flyers, I would have assumed it as normal video flyers. I sat with my husband, but he didn’t notice it either only me. So, I understood that God only wanted me to see the sign, that’s why I call Him the God of signs and wonders. Once again, thank you God for your confirmation and hearing my prayers. I will now go ahead and fulfil the Vow I made to you and release the book as I’ve also now confirmed the title HERITAGE for your glory. Hence why, I always say when Omega wins, it is done. In addition, 12pm prayers are very crucial, prophetic, and strategic because dangerous and mysterious things occur in the spiritual realm around these specific hours. Never take a vow made to God for granted and never make a vow to God and not fulfil it. You will end up having a problem with God. That’s why it’s important to also have the spirit of discernment and be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and the things of the spirit.

This vision will be for the ‘whilst waiting circle’, people who are married or woman that’s going through infertility. The platform will encourage, empower, and bring hope to broken married women suffering from infertility. As there’s many cheating in marriage stories due to infertility. So, through this vision, I want to encourage wives to build their faith in God and to refrain from cheating and avoid any thoughts of committing adultery, as they wait on God for their time to come. To obtain my heritage from the Lord, I became a seeking woman for heavenly things, by the grace of God and I want the concerned to become seeking women too because I’ve seen the results of it. Despite our barrenness in marriage, God being God had a plan all along, so here’s His plan.

Chapter 1

The Power in your Womb

Rekhem or Beten is the Hebrew word for womb which symbolizes grace, tender mercies, and compassion. It gives a deep feeling for something with a heartbeat.

The bible says in Jeremiah 1:4-5,

The word of the Lord came to me, saying,

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,

before you were born I set you apart;

I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."

In this scripture, God is telling us that what he has created forms into an entity or a human being. The womb was created to form which can lead to expansion and extension, that’s how a family grows. The womb is an essence of life and God shows us about our womb in His delightful way as the ‘wisdom of God’ in Luke 11:49

Because of this, God in his wisdom said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will kill and others they will persecute.

So, he’s given us the wisdom that there will be good and bad people coming out of our wombs when they grow up. So, we have the duty to pray hard and hope for a better outcome. God knows your heritage before he can make them in your womb, this means that they are so special. A womb can make room for your heritage’s calling and purpose on this earth, that’s why people grow to become someone in life. Your womb is set apart from all other organs because it does a lot for your heritage.

God does speak about fruitfulness and multiplication in marriage, so your womb was not created to just simply occupy your body.

As it’s mentioned in Genesis 1:28,

Then God blessed them and said, Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.
