Whether it is fat loss or weight loss and its maintenance there are different diets to choose from. When there are so many options available, it can be quite confusing and overwhelming to pick one. Some diets can be extremely restrictive too. A common reason why most prematurely give up on their diet is that it restricts their favorite foods or prescribes bland and measly portions.
