PREFACE

Astrology is a very vast subject. Thousands of peoples are engaged in learning the truth & importance of Astrology and large number of them are practicing Astrology. But many of them lack expertise in all the branches of Astrology. In Vastu Sastra also large number of Vastu experts have joined the Vastu industry and are claiming to be Vastu Shastries. Inspite of their expert guidance large number of houses/buildings fail to provide desired results. Because these Vastu experts ignore the Astrological norms and also do not synchronize the benefic relation between the horoscope of owner, horoscope of Mahurata & horoscope of Vastu.

In this book, I have given all possible Vastu norms & Astrological norms applicable to Vastu industry. It is written in most simple language so that even a layman can understand & apply Vastu & Astrological norms himself without guidance of a Vastu expert.

I hope this book will be of immense use to all those who are aspiring to build a lucky house, NRIs who are aspiring to invest in India, or to all those, who want to modify their unlucky houses, buildings, factories, workshops and offices. I may indicate here that in Modern cities, there is little choice for good direction of plot, size of plot, main entrance main door, main direction of plot or house, because all these are planned by local bodies. Still the Vastu defects can be rectified by balancing the energy sources inside the flat or building.

INTRODUCTION

Vastu is a most uncommon term. Only few people are aware of its importance and very few people have sufficient knowledge of Vastu Sastra, to enable them to practice Vastu with confidence. Although Vastu principles are simple but very few people have access to reliable Vastu norms. Application of Vastu norms only, for construction of houses, buildings, factories, workshops or business complex without simultaneously applying Astrological norms, does not give desired benefic results.

The Importance of Vastu Sastra

Vedas, purana's and Upanishads are well known ancient documents of Hindus. Astrology supplements all these ancient documents & is considered as an eye of Vedas. Applied branch of Astrology also deals with Vastu Sastra—a science dealing with construction of houses, buildings and other structures.

Vastu Sastra deals with different aspects of house and building construction in such a way that the house or building in question is most favourable & lucky for the owner of the building or its occupants.

In case the norms & other important principles of Vastu Sastra are properly applied and DIGBAL, (the directional strengths) arz properly applied, the building becomes very lucky & benefic for all concerned persons. This is possible inspite of some malefic combination existing in the natal chart of the owner. Such evil combination in the natal chart (birth chart) becomes powerless.

The norms prescribed in Vastu Sastra, if accurately applied, ensures desired results & fulfillment of all de - sires pertaining to house or building construction. Because of this reason most of the houses & other buildings suffers as under:

—Collapse due to design failures or earthquakes.

—Dismantled by local authority or by court orders, being unauthorized construction.

—Causes unnatural death of the owner or his close relatives or serious sickness or financial loss.

—Fires or theft or dacoity or murder in the house.

—Litigation in connection with the building.

—Acquisition by Government.

—Owner is compelled to sell the building.

All these possibilities proves that overall life of the house/ building is much less & is also unlucky for the owner or builder. Hence it is essential that Vastu Sastra should be strictly adhered to avoid all these possibilities.

Vastu, according to our sages means a science of house or building construction on earth. Vastu is considered to be 100% part of our ancient astrology. According to documents, available lord Brahma is the lord of Vastu, who is supposed to protect us & also our houses & buildings from malefic influences of planets and nature. In Vastu Sastra there are many Dikpalas, Lord of different directions, who supply necessary power for protection of the house & its owner and also all other persons living in the house.

Our sages developed the Vastu Sastra after extensive research & experiments. They examined all possible aspects of building construction and laid down norms.

They have recommended application of Vastu Sastra for the following purposes :

—Proper identification of city or place, where Vastu purusha should construct a house.

—Proper identification of the direction, which is most benefic & lucky and ensures transfer of magnetic energies.

—Proper identification of soil of plot/site which must suit his cast & Vibrations.

—Proper identification of the direction for laying the first foundation stone.

—Proper identification of the type of construction.

—Proper identification of the layout of the house etc. indicating different parts of the house - Drawing room, bed room, kitchen, bathroom etc. etc.

—Proper identification of the direction of the main door, water tank, well, position of trees, servant quarter, car-parking.

—Proper identification of the building material to be used.

—Proper identification of the size of plot, Building, doors etc, loading norms, ventilation, light, columns, beams, pillars.

—Proper identification of the most appropriate auspicious time for undertaking these activities, so that Vastu Purusha/owner of the house is protected from all malefic influences, from enemies, nature & malefic planets.

As far as India is concerned, application of Vastu is most essential, because of its unfavorable level position, which causes lack of directional strength around the country. That is the reason that India is suffering due to poverty, unemployment, black marketing, smuggling, excessive population, lack of moral, lack of honesty, lack of discipline, sickness, dishonesty, cruelty, murders, rapes, less of lives, destructions of buildings etc. etc.

India's unfavourable ground level from North to South necessitate application of Vastu Sastra for house, building, workshop, factory, office and business complex construction. Vastu is competent enough to ensure destruction of malefic forces on the ground and also in the house after completion, ensure happy life, good health, good wealth, good financial growth, and protection of owner & his family.
