Welcome, friend.
You’re about to take an exciting journey into greater healing. Before you do, I encourage you to develop greater awareness of the messages your body is telling you. I’ve created a simple assessment to help you discover what your body is saying to you.

Foreword
I met Sonya in 2010 when she was having female issues. She was scared because suffering from a disease like endometriosis can be very challenging. I could tell from the moment I met her that she was a very determined and strong girl. She listened & studied so much that I knew she would get her goal when she was able to connect inside herself.
We worked together on healing through Ayurveda. She was so focused and believed she could heal her body. I had no doubt because I have seen this reality time and time again. We are magical beings and are capable of so much more than we are aware.
She fell in love with Ayurveda and decided to become my student. She is an extremely health-conscious soul and has always shown a desire to help others. One can tell this is her true nature. Sonya will gladly help anyone in need and will give her heart to you. I am proud she decided to write this book because she is living proof that healing is possible, and she lives in this modality.
While we worked on nutrition and with herbs, Sonya understood that her main challenge would be the chatter in her mind. I teach my students to observe instead of reacting and to learn how one can turn a ball of emotion like anger into mindful energy. Letting go is something many of us struggle with, but the past can never change. Today is a gift, and that is where the focus must go. Releasing emotions like grief, fear, envy, frustration, anger, attachment, and desire will transform your life forever. It has to be deep and purpose-driven.
In Ayurveda, we get to the root cause of everything because that is where true healing takes place. Attempting to heal a symptom is temporary and very short-lived. If you are feeling fear, there is nothing to fear. The more you allow fear to control you, the more it will control every aspect of your life.
My wish for everyone who reads this beautiful book is to live a healthy life with true inner joy. The potential for healing is within us all. There is nothing more powerful in the entire world than one’s mind, and it is capable of anything.
