PREFACE

IN THE EARLY teens of the twenty-first century, Chris Poindexter was told by Attorney Jay Clay Christensen that (referencing the Oklahoma Mob) …there are too many of them and besides, no one would ever believe you anyway.

People have for the most part, chosen to simply turn away a blind eye and take no action. That is until now as so many people have been harmed or destroyed completely due to this group’s actions. Now, as they are seeing friends, neighbors and even their family’s torn apart by this group, the consensus is that something must be done. For the longest time the belief was that "That couldn’t happen to me, this cannot be happening to our Nation." Well folks, that ship has sailed, it is now happening.

The Dividing of America, II, The Fissure Deepens is just one example of how injustice goes unchecked. Ultimately, there will be very few winners and an entire nation that loses. What you are seeing now is history being made right before your eyes. In the past, (Why those in power are attempting to remove it) great nations have gone by the wayside to the below points. Read them and see if you can understand what is now happening.

"Those who fail to learn from the past

are condemned to repeat it."

To recap history, in 1959, The President of Russia, Nikita Khrushchev made the following statement:

Remember, socialism leads to Communism. So, how do you create a Socialistic State?

There are 8 levels of control; read the following recipe:

1)Healthcare - Control healthcare and you control the people.

2)Poverty - Increase the poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them.

3)Debt - Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4)Gun Control - Remove the ability for citizens to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.

5)Welfare - Take control of every aspect (food, housing, income) of their lives because that will make them fully dependent on the government.

6)Education - Take control of what people read and listen to and take control of what children learn in school.

7)Religion - Remove the belief in God from the Government and schools because the people need to believe in ONLY the government knowing what is best for the people.

8)Class Warfare - Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. Eliminate the middle class. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to tax the wealthy with the support of the poor.

What you are seeing with this alleged COVID-19 and its many hypothetical variants is a pathway to control and eventually to communism.

CHAPTER I

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

Section 1503 (relating to obstruction of justice)

By definition, obstruction of justice: the crime or act of willfully interfering with the process of justice and law especially by influencing, threatening, harming, or impeding a witness, potential witness, juror, or judicial or legal officer or by furnishing false information in or otherwise impeding an investigation or legal process.

DUE TO THE actions in a large number of chapters, this definition and chapter in part, or totally, will apply to most that you shall read in the forthcoming book. In places there may be inference to documents that are in The Dividing of America or UNJUST, Precipitant of Greed. If so and it is not included in this book, they can be found in the other two.

This day, we will begin with a timeline and see what blown-up sick attempt to circumvent justice, G. Brent Russell had devised. A simple-minded attempt to circumvent what is right will come floundering out of the Stephens County Oklahoma Courthouse this time. In my previous book, UNJUST, THE PRECIPITANT OF GREED this true story attempted homicide and extortion was told, but the timeline needed time for criminal investigators to get a complete expanded view of this travesty. So, here it is. Note the court times are approximate as the court will not release the public document, the transcript. Times taken were from my notes.

At this point in the timeline, I need to interject a few knowns.

First, The Appearance Bond would have brought me back to the court on October 22nd, I had no reason not to show. When you are innocent of a crime, one does not need to hide from such, excluding in Oklahoma. Here, one is guilty regardless.

As I was told, he, the Judge, seems to be on the verge of mental illness and needs a serious psychiatric analysis or,

Whom ever paid him off will be wanting their money back as well as paying off the hitman that was waiting for me in the jail that night.

November 12, 2021, The $100,000 Cash Bond and a six-month jail sentence have been rescinded.

On December 9th, 2021, I received a notice that a lawsuit against me by a Love Beal and Nixon Law Firm would be heard the following morning for a Summary Judgement in Russell’s court. Any idea how that went? A suit that I had no knowledge of was given to this illegitimate law group also complicit of Extortion with Russell. More of Lord Russell’s shenanigans. Then, another run at this in Canadian County, but it is not heard to my knowledge. So far as I know, the case is dropped or perhaps hidden and will most likely appear later.

Why was there such a rush? Number three above probably answered that question.

Moving ahead to January 23, 2022, the Book

UNJUST, Precipitant of Greed is published showing all the documents to prove what has transpired. This will now, with the total lack of action on the part of the county implicates them along with the sheriff as to the extortion and conspiracy to murder plot. Within a few short days, the Sheriff of Stephens County Oklahoma, Wayne McKinney disappears for over three months. Then, shortly after the sheriff’s departure, the Under-Sheriff resigns.

What was so urgent that it was necessary to get me in jail? Perhaps that a large amount of money had been paid to this Judge, potentially the Sheriff and even the County Commissioners. They paid for results not an on-time evening dinner. This was in fact an attempt to remove my First Amendment Rights and in so doing, he additionally removed my 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th Amendment Rights.

It is a safe assumption that the word Honorable Should never be used in conjunction with G. Brent Russell.

Last on this timeline, the Attorney that I used, Jeff Coe contacted the Judge in May of 2022 regarding a case with a different client that he would have in Russell’s court. Russell claimed that he had never heard of Jeff Coe in his court before and had never heard of me, the author before. He has either lost it or is working on a good alibi when he is arrested.

Could things be as bad as I recently heard on an FM Radio channel out of Oklahoma, I found the comment most interesting; "The way the legal system is in Oklahoma the criminals on trial should be trying the Judges as they, the judges, are more crooked than the criminals on trial". It is now, at least in Oklahoma, the respect for the system, is gone. Apparently, it is that bad.

In 2011, Pridex Construction was sold on the infamous fake bonds of the notorious Reverend, Dr. Larry James Wright out of Jacksonville Florida. As you will see, through hook or crook (or, in most cases likely both) the Justice system is now swayed to protect this criminal element versus prosecute them as we the taxpayer, pay taxes for them to do.

In the following chapters, we will analyze a majority of the thirty-five crimes that compose the R.I.C.O. Act and some from the Hobbs Act and see what should be happening and is not. In this and other chapters we will specifically look at a Federal Judge named Stephen P. Friot, Timothy D. DeGiusti, and Robin Cauthron and their handling of cases that by all rights in my and others’ opinions should have gone forward and did not.

Beginning on April 6th, 2011, the initiation of a scam or trap as it were, was set for Pridex Construction Company. The players were clearly defined as the Kingfisher City Mayor, Jack Stuteville, The Reverend, Dr. Larry James Wright of Jacksonville Florida, Kingfisher City Manager, Richard Reynolds, and the City Attorney, Jared Harrison. This case was filed with the Federal Court in the Western District of Oklahoma, and it was held for approximately three months, then returned as the case "Did not meet the Criteria for a RICO action". Let’s take a short look at what had transpired: The Defendants listed above had engaged in an illegal action of non-exclusively, bid rigging, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, conspiracy, breach of duties, self-dealing, and a corrupt practice and pattern of racketeering activity in violation of the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. 1961, et seq (RICO). Additionally, they (the Defendants) used other devices, schemes, and other artifices to defraud Plaintiffs and others to perpetuate the Illegal Scheme by causing certain bid and proposals to be delayed and/or disapproved and wrongfully directing appropriations, funding, and projects to TMC (A construction company owned by the family and law firm of Mike Mecklenburg of which Jared Harrison and his father are partners).

As in my previous books, you, the reader will have to be the Judge. Be certain to let your opinions be known to our political leaders in a loud and clear voice.

Federal Judge Stephen P. Friot has been in this position for a total, now more than seven years, on his lifetime appointment made possible by President George W. Bush. Timothy D. DiGiusti has been in his position for a total, now more than twenty-one years and was appointed to a lifetime position also by George W. Bush. Judge Robin J. Cauthron was appointed to the court by President George H.W. Bush and has been on the bench now for more than thirty-one years. With each of these judges we will review some of their rulings and their past efforts in the coming chapters.

First, lets break down the RICO Act as it is known and see how specifically it has been breached. We cannot overlook section 1513 relating to retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant. With the actions of Judge Woodward overstepping his authority provided under the Constitution and tossing aside not once, but three times a unanimous jury verdict.

The group described above conspired to defraud and then with the assistance of the Judge(s) continued to harm the victim and are still doing such, in a number of cases to this day.

In a recent case where the judge Ricky Marsh of Kiowa County, Oklahoma) has had numerous precarious dealings, (Fig I-1) rather than removing the judge, the County or State simply postponed the spring trials until the Fall and kept the Judge in his position. Think of it like this, you hire a
