Preface

O

ver the past ten and a half years, since testifying against the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), my discovery of what we have acting as a Government is to say the least disturbing.

I wish to reflect on the on some of the experiences that have seriously caught my attention as I am certain that each and every one of us will feel the same.

If one looks at history, shortly after the American Civil war, less than one in ten people worked for the federal government. Now, in 2022, some one hundred and fifty-seven years later, we have passed the point of more than one out of every two working Americans (and foreigners) are employed by the U.S. Government, either directly or indirectly.

Mr. Thomas Jefferson warned what would happen if we did not reset our government at least every twenty years. Why has there been such a push to remove our history as a nation from everything from statues to names of schools and buildings to actual history books?

In this book, number six in the series, the story front will be somewhat different in that the story will primarily focus on each of those who have perished and what, after investigating, may have been the reason behind their demise. Reflect on the following three documents:

Even though the Unanimous Jury Verdict yielded an award of $3 million the government, our government, shielded the defendant from having to pay and you can see the reason. Not for lack of funds, but the fraud that was initiated by the U.S. Government.

As in my previous books, I have stated following the underlined phrase, think about where we are and where we may well be heading if we do not push the pause button.

Those who fail to learn from the past are condemned to repeat it.

To recap history, in 1959, The President of Russia, Nikita Khrushchev made the following statement:

Remember, socialism leads to Communism. So, how do you create a Socialistic State?

There are 8 levels of control; read the following recipe:

1) Healthcare—Control healthcare and you control the people.

2) Poverty—Increase the poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them.

3) Debt—Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4) Gun Control—Remove the ability for citizens to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.

5) Welfare—Take control of every aspect (food, housing, income) of their lives because that will make them fully dependent on the government.

6) Education—Take control of what people read and listen to and take control of what children learn in school.

7) Religion—Remove the belief in God from the Government and schools because the people need to believe in ONLY the government knowing what is best for the people.

8) Class Warfare—Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. Eliminate the middle class. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to tax the wealthy with the support of the poor.

What you are seeing with this alleged COVID-19 and its many hypothetical variants is a pathway to control and eventually to communism.

Chapter I

Where Did This All Begin?

A

number of years ago, I was told by my friend and attorney, Clifford MaGee that a book is a very unique and powerful tool. As he stated to me, you never know who is going to read it or where it may land.

In the second week of February 2012, I testified against the Federal Aviation Administration, a Federal bureaucracy that has grown well beyond its bounds and is now like a cancer that is killing its host, literally, the very society that it was initially established to protect.

All of this began in 1926 with Aviation industry leaders pushing a belief that the airplane could not reach its full commercial potential without federal action to improve and maintain safety standards. At their urging, the Air Commerce Act was passed.

Later, in 1938, to ensure a Federal focus on aviation safety, President Franklin Roosevelt signed the Civil Aeronautics Act. now under the Civil Aeronautics Authority, this agency still in its infancy began to grow. From here, many changes took place and new departments were formed. Finally on May 21, 1958, Senator A. S. Mike Monroney (D-OK) introduced a bill to create an independent Federal Aviation Agency to provide for the safe and efficient use of national airspace. This was also a consolidation of power for the soon to become the Federal Aviation Administration.

In 1966, then President Johnson, concerned about the lack of a coordinated transportation system, believed a single department was needed to develop and carry out comprehensive transportation policies and programs across all transportation modes. That year, Congress authorized the creation of a cabinet department that would combine major federal transportation responsibilities. This new Department of Transportation (DOT) began full operations on April l, 1967. On that day, the Federal Aviation Agency became one of several model organizations within DOT and received a new name, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). At the same time, the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) accident investigation function was transferred to the new National Transportation Safety Board.

The newly formed and named Federal Aviation Administration would soon become a major sore for the American and worldwide citizens as a point of corruption.

Like so many Federal Whistleblowers, once you have declined all the bribes to not testify, you then have a target on your head. Recall in the Book, UNJUST, once you sell your soul, one cannot "unsell". Clifford, who was guiding me through this mess to the point where he was terminated July 11, 2019. Four years prior to that time he stated to me, "Your only approach at this time is to write your book". Write all that has happened to you since the week of February 12, 2012, when you testified in Washington D.C. At the exact time all of this was going on with me, Steve Standridge of the Steve Standridge Insurance empire was struggling to meet some serious financial goals that were to say the least under the table.

This book, the one that you are now reading is book number six. In 2019, I met a man named Mr. Christopher Poindexter solely because of my first book, "What Difference does It Make, When the Truth No Longer Matters To Our Government". Even though mine and Chris’ lives had been on a seemingly parallel path for some time, I highly doubt that I would have ever met him had it have not been for the persistent coaching of Clifford MaGee. That and many other events came up, and, well here we are, ten years later and on book number six.

In researching this book, and specifically this chapter, I found a particular lawsuit that caught my eye. Keep in mind the issues with Steve Standridge and his insurance empire. I believe by the end of this book most of us will be clear as to all that is spiraling around us and especially those who have lost loved ones for no reason other than they were honest,

The LINCOLN NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, Plaintiff, v. COWBOY ATHLETICS, INC. and T. Boone Pickens, Defendants, Cowboy Athletics, Inc. and T. Boone Pickens

When first reading this I saw little or no correlation between what was going on with Chris and myself regarding numerous odd events. With a little more investigation, I/we found the key to the mystery was before us. Read the following paragraph extracted directly from this lawsuit and then think of those who have perished.

During several meetings from 2005 to 2007, combinations of Cowboy representatives, Pickens, Lee, Turner, and Anders developed a program they called The Gift of a Lifetime (the Program) designed to raise funds to finance Oklahoma State University’s (OSU) athletic department. The Program was based on the purchase of life insurance policies (the Policies) whereby OSU solicited alumni donors aged 65 to 85 to allow Cowboy to purchase $10 million life insurance policies on their lives with Cowboy as the beneficiary. Under the Program, an annual $16 million premium payment for the Policies would be covered by a premium finance loan, which in turn would be repaid using the death benefits from the Policies with the excess of any such benefits becoming a stream of future income to Cowboy of somewhere between $100 million and $350 million. This projected stream of income was supported by actuarial analysis including mortality rates and illustrations provided by the Brokers. The Brokers arranged and completed Cowboy’s applications for the Program and acted as a liaison between Cowboy and the insurance company Lincoln.

During the time period of February 9, 2007, until January 2009, Cowboy paid approximately $33 million in premium payments under the Policies and was facing an additional annual $16 million premium payment in February of 2009. Because none of the insureds had died, Cowboy was facing continued premium payments without any offsetting death benefits.

After reading this, look at it like this, a new, disgusting business with a motive to have people pass in a timely fashion shortly after you get them insured, even possibly without their knowledge. Think about that for a short minute. Suddenly, around 2012 or so the deaths in jail cells in Oklahoma began to skyrocket. Why?

After reading these articles, I began to see the link between the Premium Finance Loans being taken out and the policy premiums. If you look deeper, you will see how so many of these inmates die of natural causes. Perhaps since as stated in the article above, the people who were insured just weren’t dying fast enough to meet the premiums. It appears that they have a means now to meet the premiums and walk away with the gold. Does one think that the COVID-19 may have had other rational behind it? Along with the incentive for the hospitals to diagnose such and then use the ventilator to finish the job? Did you know that for the first time since the pandemic started, the majority of COVID deaths are now coming from the vaccinated population? (Epoch Times, 12/21/2022)

Recall Sheriff Wayne McKinney (The Vanishing Sheriff of Stephens County, Oklahoma) when he refused to look at the camera when discussing the death of Raymond Hawk Smith. What was told to us is that he was booked into the jail but no mention of why he was stopped to begin with? We were told that within a couple of hours that he began sweating profusely and the guards were beckoned to assist him. Again, there is no documentation to validate any of this. Next, we were told that an ambulance came to pick him up, but there is no record of that either. Last, we were told that he went into cardiac arrest shortly before the ambulance arrived. Again, there is no record of such and still we are lacking a coroner’s report. We have been told that he was pronounced dead at the hospital. We are still searching for that record as well. Bottom line is this, allegedly he died of natural causes and the life insurance policy would pay off with no legal action to expend more money on, i.e., lose money from the insurance policy.

What would happen if there was someone who was killed, perhaps, Michael Ford. His name was withheld for well over a few months. Why? The excuse was he was killed by an Indian and in accordance with the McGirt Act, we couldn’t release that information. I did not see that clause in the act upon investigation. Or, perhaps they had to cover their dirty tracks well and in a big hurry as this was not a natural death and the county would have to pay. Oops, there goes the profits.

Throughout this book keep asking yourself, why for all of this, the fraud bonds, the insurance premiums, the Premium Finance Loans, the Wiring Instructions of IROSUS31 is used so much with the fraud bonds and other illegitimate money transfers. Why?

Last, ask yourself, why would the entire insurance empire of Steve Allen Standridge of Arkansas be placed into receivership in Enid Oklahoma with the Law Firm of Douglas L. Jackson, the attorney for Jack Stuteville?

Answer the questions of the proceeding two paragraphs and you will solve the puzzle.

Look at who I originally stated as John J. doe, and in reality, his name was Michael W. Ford that was allegedly killed by an Indian named Walter Kassanavoid that may well have been an accident. Not the fact that he was killed, that was not the accident. The accident was how he was killed. I am only theorizing at this point; however, I believe he was about to be given an injection that would take him into cardiac arrest, and he resisted. What ended up was Kassanavoid hit him numerous times with Michael’s own CPAP machine and caused his death by blunt force trauma. This was not the desired Heart Attack they were looking for. Immediately, all was attempted to be hidden away, hence not releasing his name for as long as possible.

As you have read, and now know that has all failed. Insurance will pay, but not the clean episode that this group was in hopes of. Now, it is in the media and the county will have to pay out in a wrongful death suit. That is unless they do not move the case out of that court. There goes the source of premium payments that they were in hopes of and their profits. For the scam to operate as planned it had to fall under Natural Causes category of death.

Recall in my earlier book, The Dividing of America II, how Stephens County jail is in all actuality an execution center. Look again closely as to how G. Brent Russell manipulated the system with my civil case, carefully checking the week prior to the trial as to how much I could afford for a bond (10% of the actual amount of the bond set) or not disguised as "We have to contract a court reporter and you, the defendant will have
